We are way way undervaluing this .. January’s figures may be an audit to sept end... however, we continually underestimate what has been announced. It is all to do with expansion, efficiency. More clients approved quicker. Funding guaranteed but our full year is to March... what will be the effects of this efficiency drive then.

AZ has mentioned this many times in interviews and it’s being missed too... but the RNS’s say it’s being addressed

Think it was the 29th July RNS .. AZ uses equity to secure loan.. roughly £2.4mill ish depending LVT
Then 3 weeks later buys £11mills worth ..
does that sound odd? .. did to me too until indirect investor and share transfer was announced
