Deep breath lol from the start
We have been told repeated in both The past two RNS’S that we have a institutional investor investing indirectly, institution was even mentioned way back as the first link further down shows...
So what is a indirect investor.
Orchestra group, as the name suggests is a group of companies, part of that group will be special investment vehicle, or vehicles. this company vehicle will do nothing more than hold shares in SYME. The investor is called an indirect because he owns, alongside AZ, an equity share in the vehicle... he has ownership of the shares is only because he owns part of the holding company within the group
On the 29th July we see a transfer of shares for collateral. Say around £2.4mill. That was to cover first loss

SYME has been further informed by 1AF2 that, subject to regulatory approvals, it will offer to invest funds from the capital raised into the Company's inventory funding process alongside institutions (in the Open-Funding and Self-Funding structures) as described in the Trading Update RNS of 27 July 2020.
So how come we get this RNS three weeks after

So that’s £11million worth ...errr what ?
If you look at the transfer RNS below, you will see a proportion of that buy is transferred by Orchestra group, but it only goes into a “Direct transfer to custody account” so it never leaves the group, it just moves within the group.

So what happened in today’s RNS’s.. where did AZ get another £1.1mill (As he has to buy the option in real cash) and to buy the shares at 0.6945p by 31st December .what’s that £5 mill ish
Could it be the same ii that gave him the first buy?
Could it be even a second ii, we won’t know. Yet.
Why is it the option and not the the full transaction.
That Is to do with the SP ... the seller won’t deal at less than the deals already done.
From the 18TH august RNS
Supply@Me has been notified by Orchestra Group that it has acquired 1,630,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the capital of the Company at 0.6756 pence per SYME share from Ceresio SIM S.p.A..
DW buy was at 0.7p and now look at the option price 0.6945p
That should be the floor imho
So where are the sellers coming from. Look at Ceresio SIM S.p.A
They were one of the founding share holders....
Along with 2 others,
Where this transaction originates from we won’t know until the sp reaches 0.6945p
Who is buying, we won’t know till the ii wants to declare at 3%, till then AZ just holds elsewhere in the orchestra group
That’s why I kept posting. 1 down two to go now 2down 1 to go.lol
Of course AIMHO ...
