Something just isn’t right in that article,

So they stopped talks with sovereign wealth fund in a deal for £500mill, because of ii investors weren’t happy with the dilution
But RR seem to be still going down the equity route
So why would the ii investors be ok with that as the result is the same dilution of equity.

Can anyone else see why that just doesn’t fit?

Perhaps it’s who it’s with more than anything but still..

The companies did derisk the loan when asked AZ said the matter is now completed
