1- each transaction is a separate entity, so a client can return to the platform numerous times for funding.
But because each transaction is separate the first one will need to be closed, eg paid for, before the second round of funding can be matched.
So I actually think this will incentivise companies... an opinion

2- funders are going is buying stock, a VAT invoice will be produced, it if they change the rules it will have impact on everything, even our day to day transactions. We are not changing the wheel when it comes to invoicing and vat and the accounting of, and the subsequent repayment to funders

3- your assuming JLR will only make cars to fit this model, however answer 1 shows why that just won’t happen,
You also need to remember the supply chain in the case of JLR and (cough cough sorry Denzel) for example. RR in the manufacturing of said engines lol .... sorry couldn’t help myself hahaha
