Max, the tender process could take a while to complete, 4- 6 weeks maybe, just another building block, that needed to be put in place and be fit for purpose on the international front .... IMHO of course

If you still feel it is an “if” ask yourself are you comfortable at the level of holding you have and adjust to suit..
