So you and your granny own a company say 50/50% ownership .. and that companies only asset is two televisions
So you own one TV and your granny owns the other one .. but the company owns two tv’s

So AZ is an owner with this leading alternative fund in a company called 1AF2...
that company only owns SYME shares, so AZ has 10% and this fund has the remaining 90% of 1AF2 then that is the split ownership of the syme shares

I think BeforeGolf has raised some quite valid questions around the accounting which I share myself. I notice from the RNS that this has had to be authorised by the central bank in Italy for that part of the operation.

Two different statements there.

The RNS is there for all to read and nothing about accounting in it
The bank has been identified deal agreed just need approval.
They will then fund £4bill first year

These are the same 1AF2 that just bought TAG director out, except AZ .. as confirmed in email but won’t be announced due to NDA over the bank approval.
What was that again .. €91 million !!!!!
Feel like I have traveled back on time to answer questions on accounting ..
If 1AF2 are good with it then so am I

Secondly we know this complies to accounting standards as it applies to ‘consignment agreement’ B77

Net and gross profit is just apply EBITDA .. will be looking at EV/EBITDA later..
the RNS shows a 50% increase to profit.. it’s all about scale.
