Cahoodle, I have fended off constant claims of problems with accounting standards for weeks and weeks.
It seems to be a go to default setting with a few.

I cannot speak for others but I am convinced the leading European alternative fund and our financial partner who are acquiring a bank and funding to the tune of £8bill over five years has no such issues and any talk of HMRC or tax laws being a problem is complete rubbish ...

And I am a grump in the morning lol ...

I also know that the vat being paid by the funder is another positive for the client. Yes it has impact to the vat return, but the funder is paying the vat. See it depends the question, not the answer..
