We have also seen a £11million (in share value) AZ buy and the TR1 moving this buy to the orchestra group
But where did the money come from if not 3 weeks earlier AZ needed a loan?
To me it was the first investment by Eurofinleading Fiduciaria SpA. But that assumption was wrong as Eurofin was already a joint owner with AZ, now I ask myself is this AZ pay off, in shares. For the following exercise of options, as previous post highlights and account for AZ additional shares because all 1AF2 own is shares in SYME.

If you break it down in the syme share holding held in TAG has a value of 0.48p
Given TAG also owns the platform which SYME have exclusive rights too. The total value per share is roughly 0.68p.

The three companies you listed was to secure a loan for first loss cover.

So if he needs to acquire a loan, then where is this £11mill coming from for his first buy?
this accounts for his additional shares.
As stated at the time by AZ he gained more shares

Secondly, as weather has pointed out DW’s EC iwep is gone. Paperwork wise at least. Deal not done till share transfer. Total compensation €91 mill and is the option being exercised from the 7th july RNS
