But look future down to this section and the X next to it,

“ Full chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights and/or thefinancial instruments are effectively held starting with the ultimate controlling natural person or legal entityxiv (please add additional rows as necessary)”

These own TAG after the €92 mill buy, as look at 1AF2

yes , perhaps the delay from end September was to let these boys in via direct buying

We can have a rough guesstimate of the amount ii have bought, with both the market cap and the share register

5 new companies on the register, say each with 5%
Market cap say £150 mill . Total £35mill ish

One point to keep in mind these buys started 8 weeks ago at 0.8p and continued to buy all the way down. Just like most of us lol
So they are holding a loss too lol

Very rough and don’t jump on the numbers or get into the variables. as I am not getting into deep debate

Oh I give up, they are now on about block trades
That’s not what is happening here as these are going through the market, the mm’s are reporting these trades.

If you can have something else not L2 forget it’s name that you can trade 24 hours a day if you can match up your sell to a buyer or vice versa

4 have 4.98% of the share issuance of SyME
1 has 4.71%
They are all international companies that under TR1 regulations don’t have to announce till 5% reached

None of these companies were in the previous share register I looked at

Have had some success but the con changed last two weeks

Havoc what annoys me. Take a look at one trade,
The £100k at 12.28 .. that was when the buy was satisfied . They had all afternoon to report the trade before close

These large buys . Not one reported in opening hours in 8 weeks .. not one

20 mill sells . I counted 10 of them so far not delayed
That’s without really watching. But the buys noooooo they have to be after hours
