This morning I covered the ownership of TAG and the holding each share holder in SYME

Now here is the orchestra holdings of 1AF2

Let’s start with the 18th August RNS directors share holding..
This is where Orchestra group “acquired “ 1.63b shares from .. Ceresio Sim SPA

The matching TR1
Shows these 1.63b or as shown in tr1 4.98% (a recurring percentage. From the share register)
Here is the thing that shares were added to the total already in orchestra group giving them a total of 23.96% of syme shares, remember this is the 3 weeks after AZ secured shares given to him by 1AF2
And used to secure the loan for first loss ( as seen in the 8th sept RNS .. 17.99%)

Moving on to the 28th august we see a further transaction and related TR1 for another 2%
Giving a total of 25.97%

From the 8th September TRI we see AZ has only a 6.99% holding of syme shares held via orchestra group)

But the facts cant be deramped. The share register is old but fact.. the TR1 from 8th September has to be accurate as it’s a legal document
