Hope that link works.
Moral risk benefits compared to standard finance should be noted
Peak, LTV for the loan meant the price given for the shares was 0.05p, 0.09p and 0.075p, hence why they needed 17.99% to give a loan amount of £4.5mill… I though that was interesting!!
With luck this Italian “Global Manufacturer” will be named too..
and what that might bring to sentiment…
Just seen todays rise, interesting given the timing and the loans to be repaid by months end.
This loan can be repaid in cash or shares (July 2020 RNS quotes shares to be returned to 1AF2).
If the loan companies have either shorted this directly or rented the shares out (which they are entitled to do given they were given the rights to these shares), then this rise may continue next week as the shorted shares MAY require to be returned to 1AF2 when they settle.
I think up to 10% may of been shorted..
As ever time will tell
Just to put the cat amongst the pigeons ..
Given Venus .. Hanover is JP Morgan ..
Look at the RNS over the past year, all have dropped the sp, there was no need whatsoever for that business update today, basically we are thinking of doing something we might not need to announce, unless we do have too.. WTF
AZ is complicit in dropping the sp for a cheap take over.. many before him have
What’s his prize a seat on Taulia board ?

China!
Magpies, have to agree, the best we can hope for in December is more names to be revealed.
The updated guidance shows us that, of course that doesn’t include TF, who’s €40mill bonds are now listed but not trading,
I still hope that things here kick off at the beginning of the year. Not with anything SYME has announced but the fact that Illimity new digital bank B-ilty was also put back from operating at end September to the beginning of 2022…
We will see what’s what, But if they are going to quote best practice policies then that should include Transparency, something that is sadly missing here. When will the company see that these NDA are now creating more problems then they solve and a coming with a heavy price.
They need to go, AZ needs to go to non executive director, COI all over the place, what does he do, just not get counted in the quorum, while attending meetings he can’t vote on.
That’s working with one hand tied behind your back.
70% UBO means some entity or more have 30% in TAG.. if DW was COI at RTO with iwep then the same must apply to AZ.
****ed off aint the word for it…. Quietly seething..
Moan over ..
Do you all just open your gobs and see what falls out without thought attached.
You know there are three funding structures allowed by the FCA.
Stand alone fund, Master-Feeder fund and Umbrella fund.
If you understand the term Arranger, where an entity pools funds, or syndicates , (remembering we have 12 funders)..
It’s not to hard to see what’s happening, but that needs thought process where all we get here is BS and gut reactions to the nonsense..
EBITDA but without numbers .. unreal..
DRB .. straight merger
https://www.internationalinvestment.net/news/4000728/intesa-sanpaolo-pb-banque-morval-complete-merger
“ The new company, to which the London branch will also refer, will continue the global expansion started by Fideuram-Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, the firm said.”
Then agreement by June 21
https://www.funds-europe.com/news/intesa-sanpaolo-selects-state-street-as-fund-administrator
“ Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Group will continue to manage its own assets.”
In register..,
Why are you all still bothering with these representatives of shorting **** bags.
We have a tier one bank, but guessing none of you know the State Street links and the register.
Never mind our research hit its mark
syme inventory spa >>> infocamere >>> Fideuram ISPB >>> Intesa Sanpaolo
Incase anyone missed the HSBC connection
“M&S Bank is operated as a joint-venture with HSBC and has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the latter since its sale in November 2004“

Burnley, the echoe trades stopped, someone else is feeling our pain.
Or are they, as that’s ii buying.
Nothing much being said about Mercator, well sycale .. well another company at 505 park lane NY
And the company linked ..
but that’s speculation. And good forbid I upset RedBox .. lol lol
Kim, I wouldn’t agree, of course I wouldn’t lol
All I can say is I hope the new chairman comes with teeth and bites ****ing hard lol
Another expense, but the accounts are up to 30th June and a lot has happened, good and bad
I seen a comment about if they said they have an CLN option then they will use it
Can I add the same theory to the name change on the resolution, still bothering why that was there
I wish we were Mickey Mouse, how much are Disney worth lol
The point being there is forward looking statements, plans of action.
Time will tell if it’s more BS..
could talk at length about building the balance book with the loan comment
How the FB is up to 10% with a valuation of £30-50mill
The computations of that
Question why someone gave us a loan secured against CLN if the company is going out the door
But I can’t as I don’t trust what’s written down as much as I don’t like what comes out of AZ mouth..
Not a good place to be…
So I will look at the registers and see who’s buying.. as they have been for over three month.
It’s a crumb of comfort,
But I guess you need to take EVERYTHING into consideration, the good and the bad
AZ is failing, I wonder how TJ and JC are viewing the current climate. Anyone asked?
