To be fair @hiblue the soil sample 'grades' can vary for all sorts of reasons the biggest variable being proximity of soil sample to the ore body itself where you would expect the soil sample grade to diminish the further you get from the ore body meaning that it is very difficult to infer what the ore body grade would be. What it does do is strongly indicate location and also confirm the presence of various elements hence why it is used widely to identify drill targets.

500-600Mt more more of that would certainly move this along ... I'm easy though twice that would be good.

@hiblue by my reckoning PPM in gold parlance equates to grammes/tonne so 1,000 ppm would be 1 kg metal/ 1,000kg ore or 0.1% in this case Copper. Clearly these are soil samples so you would expect them to be less than an underlying ore body.

It is always worth bearing in mind that Sentinel mine resource grades at 0.5% Cu and that is profitable, so soil samples of 2,790ppm are half the grade of a working profitable nearby mine which in my view bodes very well indeed for ARCM.

Is that imminently or shortly I get confused easily

"In June, we commenced the second season of exploration activities over the Zamsort and Zaco licenses We plan to undertake c 8,000m of diamond core drilling in the coming months. The exploration effort is initially focussed on the Fwiji Target ('Fwiji') where the Company has already defined the target area through previous exploration campaigns. Follow up work is also planned at a number of the other target areas, including Cheyeza East and Muswema."

That's a bit disappointing having just broken below 50% retracement @0.24p and sat on 0.23p support from past consolidation mid Sept-20. I was expecting the 50% retrace to be tested just not broken .. ho hum AIM at its best.

I guess we will see when they announce then. I think one thing we all agree on is that whatever the deal it will be at multiples of the current SP @4p and £39m MCap.

I think we can all agree that NvS will have some good choices over the next 3-6 months as the current drilling campaign plays out and his negotiating position will improve as more drill results come in and the various resources get proved up.

However, it makes MOST commercial sense to focus on ONE resource and negotiate a transaction with AA around that resource be it an outright sale or JV/Earn-In. Anything else ought to be retained by ARC and proved up further as they will have minimal value attached until they have an MRE ... so why include them now?

What we also need to consider is that AA directors also have a duty to their shareholders and will drive a hard bargain, so why give them prospective licence acreage for free?

Nice, hopefully BH will turn out to be a good thing especially as the Gold/Silver ratio is about 1:79 and should be nearer 1:40 implying silver might double in value relative to gold but often overshoots as it is 3x Beta of Gold.

@jp and 2goals ... feedback appreciated and the historical perspective is very valuable. One thing we all absolutely seem to agree on is that a rerate is coming; the only question is how high and how fast.
