@max 100% agree, but as always timing is king so how much needs to be proved up to secure a decent JV without giving too much away?

A big plus with GWMO licence areas are that are discrete so as we prove up each licence an Earn-in based JV can be setup to take it forward and is very common in this industry with lots of specialist companies setup to take exploration through to DFS and secure a 50/60% Earn-In with no CAPEX or OPEX costs to GWMO.

Think HUM, GGP, OMI who have all done variations on JV / Earn-In massively derisking project for licence holders and generating significant SP uplift in short timescale.

For a multi-licence junior explorer like GWMO this approach would be transformative and SP uplift and/or JV cash could then be put into other licences to progress whilst keeping most of not all of the licence as they then have cash to fund it.

All I know is they managed to find GGP's Havieron deposit under 420m of barren cover so these techniques work. What I really like about GWMO is we know most licence areas were old very high grade gold/silver surface mine workings so potential to find more at depth is good.

@Viuz I'm no geologist, but I guess that's why they use a variety of remote sensing techniques to narrow down the search area/s then soil sample and finally drill when they know they have something worthwhile.

Gunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN, AQSE: GUN) announces that it has disposed of 600,000 shares in Bunker Hill Mining Corp ("Bunker Hill") at an average net price of CAD 0.468 per share for a total net consideration of CAD 280,759.81 (approximately £164,000). Gunsynd subscribed for 600,000 shares in Bunker Hill on 17 July 2019 at a price of CAD 0.05 for a consideration of CAD 30,000 (approximately £19,000).

Nice 8.6 bagger so Cash = Inferred £750k (PR stated £650k cash on 5-Oct-20 Podcast -£75k EM2 @14-Oct-20 plus todays £164k cash) available to deploy vs. MCap = £2.73m of which 27% is cash and assets valued at £2.16m @16-Oct-20. I missed Bunker Hill so NAV unchanged!

Very nice £750k cash position ready for upcoming Angold and Rincon IPOs.

(1) Stable SP within uptrend support channel 5-Aug-20 @3.6p with support now at 3.9p & target 4.7/4.8p in 2/3 weeks
(2) 3 months through 6 months Exclusivity period with AAL doing DD on our assets
(3) Drilling continues on suspected multiple Tier 1 assets with AAL input
(4) MCap of £39m vs. potential full/partial sale or JV of one or more of our Tier 1 Copper assets

Additionally Fib 50% price extension from recent pullback @0.22p to recent high @0.315p also suggests 0.42p near term price target is achievable.

GWMO 0.315p price on the Daily chart is now sat on recent uptrend from 0.13p established 9-Sept-20 which is acting as resistance and MACD is now turning positive so expect 0.315p to be breached and uptrend to act as support going forward. Next target is recent 0.355p high from 29-Sept-20 and then uptrend channel top at 0.41p in the near future if rally holds.

@max all good & healthy to form a good consolidated SP base. So far 98m volume and some good positive price action.

We have MrP for positivity and as you know 'riseagain PIs have the advantage with micro Caps such as GWMO as institutions just can't invest here. Once we get north of £50m MCap that starts to change.

100% agree we will get an RNS this week confirming DepCo deployment and drilling started plus an outline programme and/or timeline for results. Simon Paull Proactive interview confirmed as much and he has been trying to get this started for 3-4 months so will be VERY impatient. Bonus is DepCo taking payment in shares not cash.

I think we are seeing a lot of top-sliced profits being recycled out of GGP, EUA, OMI & UFO all looking for a solid Junior gold / silver explorer especially one with near-term gold production where they can park their money.

IMHO 0.355p recent high will be broken shortly and GWMO can then rerate freely having established a good solid base. ANyone interested can see my posts on:

@riseagain As always you are 100% correct every junior explorer needs to raise funds at some point to fund exploration. The 'trick' is to do this whilst increasing shareholder value into a sustainably appreciating SP ... basic economics and everyone investing in this sector 'gets' this or should be investing elsewhere.

The question you keep asking & refusing to acknowledge is what is:
(1) GWMO strategy - just see RNS Nov-19 = develop Gold & Silver prospects and near term gold/silver tailings production
(2) GWMO BoD ... delivering on their plan see RNS 15-Oct-20 = very positive Ops update
(3) GWMO assets = very prospective high grade Gold/Silver exploration assets & various RNSs

@Franco I can see no reason why Zambia and Aussie work programmes cannot run in parallel as they will be different teams doing the work. The issue in my view boils down to relative priority and likely outcome. CCZ have a finite amount of cash and will need to deploy it where it gets best return ... SP has unequivocally stated that focus is Mt Oxide so anything else at Zambia will be low cost soil sampling and/or historical data analysis to inform a future drill programme IMHO.

The reality is CCZ is a Junior miner and will need to raise further funds as SP stated himself; this is ONLY a bad thing if it reduces shareholder value with multiple fund raises at ever lower SPs. If CCZ pulls off expected results at Mt Oxide then a fundraise at a much higher SP costs CCZ and shareholders nothing and further exploration can then progress releasing further value as both SP and MCap rises.

The trick is to have a good BoD that know what they are doing with good assets. IMHO CCZ look to have both ... the drilling results will tell us what we need to know.
