Once the issue shares go live the Market cap will remain around £2m if the SP holds at 3p Given how much of their own money they are ploughing in, the directors must have something up their sleeve, there is now way they could have picked up this many shares at this price in the open market and buying up shares from an issue and on terms announced months ago means they are not restricted in taking their entitlement even if they know what deals are in the pipeline so no closed period. News could come anytime.

The USA project seems to be the only one on the books at present but it's going know where fast due to funds. The bod talk of O&G licences which may be easier to aquire at the moment. My take on it is, they either have new licences to announce it a JV parnter coming on board on existing projects to remove the financial burden of firming up JORC Either way, with a £0.55m mcap, there is an opportunity for a quick multi bag if there is an announcement due.
