Africa is changing. More african states are reassessing overseas companies having too much say in the mining and profits leaving not much to the government. Next few years I can see some states will nationalise the mining industry or renegotiate the contracts , thereby getting more return for the government/people . I can see profits falling for companies, hence I’m happy with Greatland Gold/Resource. Africa more risky if African governments follow the likes of Burkina Fasu. ( My opinion)

Remember the recent update by LB in interview stated revenue would be 12 months away ( for Tanzanian project….)

So we will need to fund the 6 wells at Blue Star costing approx £450,000 each = £2.7 million 🤔, at some point get revenue coming in …. Plus Cost of additional development in Tanzania to monetise… hope we have JV as this will drain the company…but I suspect we will need to drill quite a few holes to make ATW commercially viable. I think they can make it commercially viable but the initial outlay is going to hurt us … remember we need infrastructure for Tanzania location … hopefully someone with big pockets will bail us 🤞🏻 but guess will get a raw deal as usual

The placing of the additional shares on the market is on the 30th August…

@ Throbbingood… do you honestly think the price will rise 🤔. Please be realistic as some on the board will lose money by your comments. If I’m wrong then will apologise but my thoughts are there price will fall. If the EWT news is synchronised well let’s see!

Was Eurasia mining mineral exploration company, connected to Russia. If so , you have your answer with sanctions and geopolitical consequences .

I except your concerns and thank you for pointing it out. I was born in east Africa and know the issues but also aware Africa is changing . This is a risk/reward position that I am happy to take an investment in . Mobile payment systems took off in East Africa and at one point were ahead of the Uk in that field. If your views possibly made you short your position then at least your decision and research made your call. I for one take the opposite view with HE1 making sure the local community are involved or reap some benefits.

Equinor, Shell and Exxon agree LNG project with Tanzania.

The Tanzanian Government understand they need to change to get investment in Tanzania.

Legal framework are changed for such circumstances and hence why HE1 opened a subsidiary Tazanzanian company that was mentioned by LB .

Tanzanian government know they would get no foreign investment otherwise. They will take there 16% cut

I’m happy with this investment.

We know the helium is there, but I think the key is going to be the pressure/flow / % consistency.

Depending on that the company will then assess how best to monitise the find. The fact that they are planning all the documents required , mining license, modular system etc.. they seem confident of the future.

What they do not know is those pressure/flow readings and also consistency of the helium but the tests now should give a better picture. Either way it is going to some kind of operational planning after EWT etc.. to see how we take the next step. It could end up being a low flow/pressure system but hey still profitable …or a fantastic flow/pressure ,% and super profitable..either way all good 👍🏼 so happy to stick with this company and story . Just watched buffet and munger interview where Munger stated Berkshire Hathaway shares were 50% down on three occasions… ignore the fluctuations as long as you believe in your investment and sound judgement.

LB has worked extensively for a while in Africa so I’m sure she knows what the score is. We must remember corruption is everywhere in many forms around the world . UK has its fair share of lobbying and scandals … but Tanzania are relying on a new industry for their country, publicity there has been very positive so I’m sure they do not want risk investment stopping from Tanzania. It’s a different culture I agree but rather have someone who has worked in many projects in Africa at the helm… since LB appointment a lot has been done and to note the remoteness of the location. I agree on buying a rig, obviously there is a risk of mechanical issues but that can’t be helped . I expect quite a few holes will be drilled to increase volume at $ 1 1/2 million approx a drill. Still ok with my investment .

Ready to buy more if it does … market cap suggests to me a good buy at the moment and even more if it drops .
