As long as this reversal isn't a false break then hopefully this is the signal the downtrend is over, in for 26k good luck all! (Purely price action trader here not a fundamentalist by any means haha)
Are we about to finally see a reversal, a downtrend break, and a blue day? Were about to find out ??
Hi all, I see the detectives are hard at work and I thank you all dearly for sharing information, I haven't checked the boards in the last three months, have there been any solid developments at all or are we still sat in the dark guessing? Thanks all!

Just going to put this here. Enough complaints with the word 'VAST' in them should at least warrent them taking a peek into the company and the nomad, good luck anyone staying in here, I've taken my massive loss today and will be letting the FCA and any other ombudsman / any other authority that would like to know.
Just sold my 10,447,823 shares at a colossal loss, I'm done with the excuses, everything about this company is screaming nothing but a con, having been locked into a company that delisted on the verge of greatness and my investment made worthless, I'll take the loss off tens of thousands of pounds and put it elsewhere, there will no doubt be a rise soon enough and people can say I sold too soon, but the massive resistance of 11 being broken loans itself to complete freefall, then theres the debt repayment, then theres the absolute shambles of concentrate sales - how did it take this long to tell us things werent going to plan? Absolute con of a company, absolute con of a man leading it. No doubt diamonds will be mentioned soon enough which is what I was waiting for to release myself from this con-pany anyway, good luck to anyone naive enough to think this company will change, just click the share graph history and see for yourself, nothing put promises ending in failure, every single time, and now the old chestnut of 'at least our mine is up and running at an absolute obscene shareholder dilution!' because now there isnt even that. Oh that also means there will be no money coming into the company, the 'tier 1 bank' dipped out should have been my biggest red flag to leave, but oh well. Good luck guys and girls, if you manage to bail out on a spike, absolutely do it.
I wonder if it might be because absolutely nothing that is ever written on here impacts anything in any way, weird haha
Pecten, you're indeed correct to point out the valuation - this is completely broken down and explained: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBZMb1yW0fU&ab_channel=CRUXInvestor - at the 20minute mark onwards (don't worry, I'm also extremely sceptical, but it must be legal as its widely public knowledge, discussed at length and reasoned in interviews, so I'm more okay with that)
(Anyone reading this, listen to the above interview, the interviewer absolutely grills AP and is one of the best interviews I've seen in a very long time)
The extra 2.85b shares was accounted for in the consideration shares being allotted - I mean it wouldn't make much sense to say 'This is worth 500million before we cut it into 500 pieces' now would it
We got their 20% stake for 4.85m instead of the 10.7m they could have claimed, and they also converted at a value of one pence per share (I still cant find the concrete information for this, I know I heard it because it was on an interview and I was surprised he converted at an equivalent share price value of 1p, but I need to find this proof to stand by it (hence listening to all the interviews right now trying to find it!) but all things considered, we got his 20% stake at below 50% value, that value of which is for only a chunk of the BP that was JORC'd as they have said numerous times they can and will expand on at some point, on top of that is the surge in copper price, and the conversion rate of the shares, all in all Vast did get an exceptional deal (i found it dodgy AF that the boss man can make and approve his own deal - though it did get voted on by shareholders and the information on the deal was made very clear and very public beforehand, so I guess it's fine)
Exert from Letter to Shareholders 6th November 2020 Page 6;
On the $70m value basis the value for the 20% interest in BPPM which is being acquired would be
$14m (£10.7m) This compares favourably to market value of Consideration Shares as set out
above, being US$6.339m (£4.845m) and would of course compare yet more favourably had the
widely available higher metal prices been applied.
For the information of Shareholders, a value of US$70m for BPPM alone – ie without attributing
any value to the additional Romanian assets – is equivalent to 0.38p per Consideration Share.
Baring in mind BPPM value was valued at 70m long before the huge surge in copper prices, make of that what you will.
Diamonds - who knows but if anything does happen there, the SP can do anything it wants
BPPM - valued at 70m (0.38p per share) before copper price surge - and can expand on the JORC for BPPM as noted in many interviews / RNS's
(still looking for AP's true conversion rate)

37mins in AP explains he was in at 1.4p and averaged down to 0.65p for 140m shares, still trying to find the information on AP converting 20% BP stake at 1pence per share
I thought AP converted his 20% share of BP in at 1 pence per share? I'll double check to back up my thoughts but yeah
They swing it straight back up on relatively low volume, just shows how fast mm's can flick the switch. Hopefully it lasts and is backed by something concrete by the BOD
You not aware of the more than 4.5 million pounds that was raised literally a few weeks ago son?
Are you all literally kidding yourselves? using phrases like 'AP told us he wasn't releasing production figures', trying to make it sound like we are never going to find out what our sales and production figures are, I love the literal pure stupidity that I'm witnessing here.
Go read the last Batai Plai RNS from 10th December 2020. There for you in black and white, but if that's too difficult for you, I've gone and got a copy for you, read carefully children; "The Company wishes to advise that it will not be reporting sales on a monthly basis in 2021 but will outline its sales and production reporting plans in due course."
Well after everything at least I'd say we have £5m or more in the bank (yes we have costs) but after all those raises and income from copper sales at least we should have plenty of cash in the bank and be producing copper in a cooper boom regardless of sp. Market reacts however it wants either over or under reacts to news. I'd say we have plenty of positives after a sea of negatives.
RNS's have all you need to know homie :)

on the back of APD - is this of any interest at all?
So for any avoidance of doubt, thats it then? Curtains finally closed - all the hot air over the last 2 years completely pointless? I feel for those with gargantuan holdings here, I've just lost the equivalent of about 5 years savings. Gutted, but oh well nothing I can do about it now.
Absolutely criminal how it was all handled - speaking of criminal, now that we've spent 2 years saying lets not pursue any form of action against the company to get any form of answers, do we now do something? Is there anything we can even do?
'well we're going to give you fixed dates yet again and miss them yet again, and end up answering with an open ended "we'll get back to ya at some point boys" type statement after we miss our own self imposed deadlines when we could have simply left it open ended to begin with and not risk damaging expectations yet again'
So we should get an rns about the bank finance committee today right?
So about that bank financing?...
