If they got the green light, there must be a process in place, knew something had to be up because some have maintained the slamming of Teathers throughout suspension. I reckon Teathers are steering the ship back round, we shall see.

Guys, looks to me that some dirty washing is being aired in public. Tea should be releasing an RNS not trying to deter an EGM. Beer, move on, there just isn't anything to bash, it's suspended.

Not a lot we can do, although it's worth noting Teathers is at the Investor Show in April? Swisscom, maybe he's finally done that deal with UBS ;) Could also speak to Shard on the 17th?

It's no secret, most of AIM is connected, Lenigas & Drummond are thick as thieves and all could see Justin Drummond was connected to KOG. I had a right laugh on the phone with the directors of KOG - hadn't got a clue what or who Teathers was. Folks need to accept that they are in shark infested waters and you'll get eaten alive if you're green behind the gills. Positive heads on, the app actually works and some of the sharks are friendly with us and will play ball. The suspension was a ball buster but we'll get a new one/pair to play with very soon.

Over, just wait for an update, nothing else anybody can do.

Best reply I've seen in ages. So say crowdcube RTO into Tea, we're holders alongside whatever issue is given. TFSL could then be relinquished to Shard who could pay a special dividend or it's listed in its own right and we get new shares in that too? Could even be Shard that list. Some interesting possibilities I guess.

Agree with Mike, everyone was underwhelmed initially, it was terrible because there was nothing there. Fast forward a year and folks are now catching on, hence it broke into the top 250 finance apps last week as a result of those placings. You have to look past the tiny £20k placings. It's all about scaling it up. Far more cash in the finance sector than car sharing, even if it appears niche. The vox populi are thick as pig poo.

A car sharing app raised £100m. An app that could transform the finance sector is currently valued at £1.5m. I reckon if it got relisted its value would monumentally rise. Taking it private would take a long time to grow profits and draw in volume. I think it's in everyone's interest to get this back on AIM.
