I draw attention to a dialogue, which could be about any project and you spin it as a desperate negotiation and paint Simon as some inferior ex manager. He does not stitch up dodgy deals to solely benefit himself, therefore, I do not immediately focus wholey on this one conflict of interest. I would imagine that motivates them both and I fully expect Adam to buy in too. The Big Sofa already generates income from real clients - capital allows scale and growth.
