Read this as a decrease in holdings but when compared to the last disclosure, it's actually up slightly.

Is just nuts on that trading update. Total bargain.

I was so green when I moved into the market and this stock.

The FD was found withdrawing cash from a bank machine, without receipts, at another company. It was literally a boiler room scam. One that I was totally hoodwinked by. They must have laughed their socks off.

British Gas have a superb range of MCHP boilers now - this company is totally redundant.

Karma is all that's left.

On the bright side, it's making a reasonable profit and who knows what we be vended in. If they can grow that profit line to £1-2m then it will begin to seriously appeal I think.

Well, the first acquisition is something I personally really like and read, so I see its value, immediately. The stuff with Nish Kumar and Rachel Parris is bang on my demographic and had a HUGE reaction. I can visible see ED! success - it's one of the most followed FB pages in the UK.

The deals are fair and they have every incentive to grow this company. I cannot see another with this strategy and I think it's spot on. The collapse of Unilad and takeover by LadBible marks the beginning of a period of consolidation in this online media space. It's important to leverage competencies and maximise economies, which this listing will allow.

If it opens at 14p I'll eat my hat - everyone is aligned for a much higher price and I can see 30/40/50p with profits at £500 - 750k and an aggressive plan to grow in year one.

Digitalbox own ED! - a content/social media company with a large Facebook following. Ladbible is similar but bigger and a different demographic.

We essentially have a platform for advertiser to reach soap fans and gossip lovers. It's like a modern Hello magazine.

We could use our capital for unique content tie-ups or to add more media businesses to grow our advertising demo. I work in marketing so it's second nature to me. I forget!

Agree, I can see it being 1.5-2p old money around listing.

It's a really interesting business model and if it adds or makes relationships with the right kind of content/websites, could quickly become a one-stop-shop for advertisers trying to reach a largely female demographic. I think it had the right idea with its other brands but maybe needs to buy more developed followings, which is what I think they will do.

I love that the business is so tangible, especially in this market, there is no hiding that my friends on Facebook like ED!

If 'we' buy other media businesses, leverage the team and competencies, this will be superb!! The model is profitable, which is key, and if you look at LadBible at over £1bn this this is a steal, albeit with a different demographic.
