Less than £3m and it's a bloody steal. If it is a MBO, it will lean towards the lower end, depends on how key the employees are.

Employees are still engaged on Linkedin, which makes me think no one is worried, just the swing-ticket to read and we should be off. Got to be more than £3m - anything less is crazy cheap!

Yeah, fair assumption, I've helped sell a business for £3m and not in the same league, so would be asking some hard questions for anything less. Add some premium for membrane business and valuation should be 4p+

Is worth several million - increases in sales and lower costs, net worth has increased to just under £2m at book.

Clearly, they see the membrane business as the jewel in the crown, so we could see a huge turnaround in fortunes here!

If I was short now, I'd be closing out after a two year run from 3000p to 260p! I certainly wouldn't wait for a visible Brexit deal to dampen my celebrations.

Pretty surreal, I would imagine with the circular being posted, people will take note and it will head to a more realistic level (9p+ plus - which still represents a discount)
