I would say BP is the reason but plenty of oil companies are up - we burst through 14p on $55 but having a mare at near $58.

Unfortunately, I suspect the report is known by now and it's not great.

Maybe 30p but it would be nice to be valued at just half that right now! Tlw up again, with so much more debt. This HAS to go up from here, cannot think anyone would be selling at this level.

It's of course positive but shouting 20p on a one day test of a high in OP price is daft.

I note we are trading in line with BP/RDSB/GENL/GKP in terms of boom and dip on the chart this year. If we creep to 57/58 OP I would image it would trigger another mini boom?

If we land solid numbers, I'd be surprised if we weren't taken out as I cannot see many factors bringing it down to this level again.

Looks like 12.32 yesterday was the recent low (given OP change since start of Jan).

TLW update yesterday was certainly interesting, if we deliver near guidance we should be in a position to think about a small move north in SP. We won't see 20P+ until brent is $65/70 - which I don't see until the end of this year.

Bad news all priced in and ultimately the market sees one direction. 60p this year.

Just see what happens when Spirit is sold and the hydro/EV story gathers momentum.

Unfortunately, I thought like this once and know how damaging it can be, especially if you've invested a lot of time/energy in the belief. Yes, corruption is rife, but it's not some single elite race. I've had my tea with super high powered people. There're not lizards - they even used cutlery!
