RE: Looks at share price10 Feb 2021 17:36
It does look cheap, especially when you consider...
DEBT FREE
2021 New Luika Gold Mine = 80k oz 2021 at AISC + Dev Costs of $1,100 (top end) and $1,750 gold price = $52m per year
2022 Singida = 32k oz 2022 at AISC + Dev Costs of $1,100 (top end) and $1,750 gold price = $20.8m per year
2024 West Kenya = 105k oz at AISC + Dev Costs of $1,100 (top end) and $1,750 gold price = $68.25m per year
2021 - $52m
2022 - $72.8m (cumulative $124.8m)
2023 - $72.8m (cumulative $197.6m)
2024 - $141m (cumulative $338.6m)
2025 - $141m (cumulative $479.6m)
2026 - $141m (cumulative $620.6m)
I think I've used very modest numbers and allow for no gold price increase or economies/improvements in production.
Currently, we sit at $220m, so within just 5/6 years we should rake in more than 3 times mcap!
