Graham, this is a complete no brainier for me, this isn't worth anything like 30 million, Toyota are a partner, that small 132 billion turnover car company.

Has to be said, the snap from 80 to 60 (25%) has been pretty brutal. No where near peaked yet, less than a 30 million market cap for a battery every tech company in the world will want? If I had the cash, I would be buying it!

Cymbet previously announced a distribution agreement with Atlantik Elektronik, the German electronics distributor and provider of complete solutions for the European and Turkish market.

This scares me, If this is the first company to unlock this tech and is granted a patent, and can scale up to mobiles (no idea how easy this is yet) we are looking at a billion pound market cap. Yes, I've skipped on a decade probably, but still!

Yeah, I'm spread pretty thinly at the mo and I looked on Wednesday and was soo close to jumping, then I spotted CPP. Good link with FLOW, decent batteries will be huge business, until fusion arrives in the year 2458!

You are quite right, which is why I don't hold a significant amount of shares anymore (£12k down to £2K), as I believe them to be far more of a gamble than I had realised. CPP was and is a top risk share, I had followed it for ages with a small amount in when it was supposed to be going bankrupt or bought for 1p, but none of the signs said that was true. I got lucky that it went to 40p from 2.5p (I had expected a lot less). Anyway, after reading interims I sold out. INSP is high risk too, but looking positive and again, has the potential for big gains with a 12-18 month view even, if the tech is as vogue as it's being made out. All the best with your next one.

Hi Queen, I had an unsatisfactory response from a minister (I can dig the name out when home if anyone is interested) explaining that they too are working to increase transparency with "excavators" and that the Company Act enforces a comply or explain approach to governance. It also went on to suggest attending AGM's to have a voice on things, which I laughed out loud at. I sold up fearing that this could go even worse and thinking Kerimov will win through his bank. I did everything I thought I could and relied on regulations put in place to protect and was mowed down. Serious questions need to be asked and actions taken. Kaz are still the share I wouldn't touch and wouldn't care less if it went to £15, they have been utterly compliant in my mind. Luckily, I had been tracking CPP at 2.53p and made a lot of money recently, and expect to make more in the coming months.
