Ace of Clubs; "everything else is wishing and hoping." I disagree.
It's now knowing a payday is coming, expecting that payday, and speculating as to the amounts.........
Preska's judgement has signaled success, in this long running case, granted we don't know when or how much, but we do know it's coming now......

Agreed Flakey, I am depressed enough at the moment without this every day !
Not sure it's that clear cut, Surfie, what has occurred at marketwatch is rather than 5 analysts covering the stock, it has dropped to 3 now. Thus the rating change, thats not quite the same IMO.
Good news either way Flakey.
Seeing the same thing Warno01, it appears the UK listing is holding/checking the US listing back. Getting very frustrated, I understand it will take some time to get back to a fair price for this stock, but I was not expecting this.
If its of interest to anyone, I notice today the BUR is being traded in the extended hours, pre-market.
Ooops, I am not the more seasoned investor you hope to here from but I am a long term holder that shares some of your concerns. I do however believe BUR has a bright future, that will benefit us in the longer term, I think you will just have to try to tune out of the short term price fluctuations, difficult as that is. I hope being listed on a higher profile exchange will protect us from further attacks and the shenanigans I believe we have been subject to, for far too long. I can only think this change in listing will be good for the SP, and look forward to strong, stablish growth. I also hope (somewhat selfservingly) that your kids enjoy an excellent private education......
Thanks for posting the useful info TWT. I hope many LTH bought more to lower their average price. I am showing 111% profit in one of my accounts, unfortunately, the vast majority of my holding is in another, which at long last is also in profit, 13%. It appears the tide has turned, I am hoping for clear water sailing upwards, with no more muddy water.
I would like to thank you and the others that have posted info on this topic. I asked the question some time ago and got little response, on here. I had also contacted HL, and I guess I was too early, as they knew nothing about it, at that time. I do also now have that secure message from them.
I'm with you CJ66, who knows if the "positives" being attributed to MW would have occurred without their interference, if duel listing was in the companies plans, those improvements would have happened and we could have been entering the US market in the £15/£20 area. They have provided the chance for others to buy into this company at a discount rate, so some can thank MW, but as a LTH, I do not.
cheers mkmanonline. Mine are held with HL, I assume each broker will issue instructions then ?
Hi, looking for some thoughts. I think it would be best to keep my share holding on AIM. In the 2nd RSN this morning it talks of submitting an election, something I have no previous knowledge of. I tried to call Computershare to get further info and failed as the call was cut off by them while on hold. An idiots guide to this process would be appriciated from anyone with knowledge of it. Thanks.
With you on that Forensic505.
Guess thats better than falling straight off the wire..........
PokerJason, I agree with what Surfie1961 has said, I would also add there are additional costs involved when you sell US shares from the UK and obviously, as/if ? they are priced in US dollar, there is the exchange rate involved too. The exchange rate could of course be either a good or bad thing.
