The ex-date for the Rolls Royce rights issue is the close of business 27 October 2020. The number of Rolls Royce shares that you hold at this time will determine how many rights you are entitled to.

Shareholders will received 10 rights for every 3 shares held. Each right enables you to purchase one new share at the fixed price of 32p. There is no dealing charge to take up a corporate action.

We hope to receive these rights and have them applied to shareholders accounts on 28 October 2020. Please note that this is subject to shareholder approval at the meeting taking place on 27 October 2020. I'm afraid that it is not possible to submit your instruction before the rights are received. The deadline to provide your instruction is noon 9 November 2020.

hi everyone, its been harder by the day on which way to call this.
personally my cut off was going to be 2.40 with a small lose,but the drop Friday caught me out.will be interesting to see Monday- Tuesday where this is going.some more informed traders may shed more light on this,but With the uncrossed trade friday of 3+m which looks like it took just over 3p of the sp and end of month and possible change of position for some investors. I am hoping for a small rally with some luck. Sadly short to medium term at least I will probably cut my lose and buy in when the picture looks clearer

nothing confirmed yet,but it has been on the wind for awhile,There has been an increase in these since covid and more companies are going to be going down this route .A share issue or a placing is my only concern as i have never done any good with companies that have done share placing, I have bought shares cheaper than the placing offer price.I also monitor the primarybid but never found them to pay off in the short term anyway.so hopefully it will be a share issue to share holders imo

rolls Royce have a lot of cards they can play but I must admit as an investor, the share placing option seems to be in the back of my mind and some others Investors I know.whether the slip the other week was market gossip or behind the scenes I don't know. rr will do what they need to do,they have played the game long enough and survived.gla

I am fortunate to have sold and taken a profit I was in at 17,topped sliced and was riding profit. sadly, I have other covid stocks and reducing down now to 2. final decision for me was one of my others had a good rns and still sp was like a wet flannel. so it does make me wonder what will make them fly. May reenter when I see some light. good luck safy hope you can recover it.
