we do not get much cash at all from Greenroc, we only get our expences taking the company to IPO returned. What we do get is £6m worth of shares in Greenroc which is our 54% holding. the cash raised through the IPO will be used by Greenroc to take the greenland projects forward

Not sure what your current situation is Brixton, but if you have a spare £1500 you could bring your average down to just under 32p which would bring a way of getting out earlier possible assuming we now get steady growth

It is always a risk, and would be entirely up to you if it’s a route you think is worth it or not

this is always a difficult one as everyone has their own expectations of what they want, me personally, I think its worth between £50m and £75m as it stands, but maybe more if the mine was already up and running and producing saleable product with profits to show that can be used as a reference point for market valuation. This is just my opinion so don't shoot me down if its not as high as some may expect, Some on these forums know a lot more about this industry than me and I will also respect their opinions on this

I Love it when people come onto the forum from out of the blue, make a few negative points and then post details of another share they are invested in and start to promote that, as if i'd be daft enough to fall for that old one.

everyone has their own opinions and target prices for SRES for when/if a deal is done. at the end of the day its pointless arguing and/or berating each other over who is correct, at the end of the day we will just have to continue waiting patiently until news drops, then we can decide for ourselves if we are happy or not with any gains we make, but that said at the end of the day once a deal is done we will just have to accept the outcome whether we are happy with it or not.

All i'd say is that currently there is no ongoing works mentioned in any RNS's and that we are awaiting the dewatering and licensing decisions prior to anything else taking place at clogau from my understanding. I would expect there to be no work being carried out at the mine at the moment. the last bulk samples taken form within the mine were months ago too as per the RNS's. We will have to be patient and see what happens with the planning requests in my opinion

There used to be a program on tv called jackanory on BBC where someone would tell a story - none of the stories were true

it just confirms that they are waiting for the de-watering permit along with the other licences they have applied for before they can move on to do more works. the last RNS only mentions assay results will be next following the completion of the phase 2 drilling program (which has been previously completed and drilled from the surface away from the mine). All other work at clogua is to follow the dewatering so i wouldn't expect the mine to be very active at all at the moment anyway. but thanks for the post.

I'm still buying at these prices, bought a few more this morning, lets face it for cenkos to make any money they will have to get this over 22p (so a 10% minimum rise just to break even for them, but i'd imagine they'd want a big chunk) for the first time in a long time I actually think this could rise slowly but solidly with cenkos as one of the MM's too. and that's without a deal, a deal will be the icing on the cake- this is just my opinion

took a £5k punt on this when it was 5p a couple of weeks back, personally i thinks it worth the risk as the upside is very good from here if everything manages to fall into place in our favour

its worth noting that the lowest cost way to get a stake of greenroc is to buy alba shares
