Are you missing the possibility that the remaining debt could be refinanced? Isn't that what happens to the majority of corporate debt?

I was thinking "Well they've fallen to 278p, I'll have a punt".

Average buy price now 27.1p, so optimistic I might get my money back some time soon.

As the price didn't begin to fall until about 9:30 I don't think it is news in the papers. Also BATS haven't shown the same fall. With results due tomorrow it looks very much like a leak to me.

Had an email from The Oak Bloke, very enthusiastic about Belluscura, suggested the new takeover terms only represent a small dilution. Doesn't mention the lack of reported numbers around production, sales, revenue.

He is also vey keen on DEC, another of my recent star performers....

I bought 5500, was the largest buy reported so far today. Isn't any more. Total holding about 1% of my self managed portfolio, and about 5% of my oil holdings.

Hey mountainous, can you badmouth some of my other shares as well, then perhaps they might rise by 15% from the day's low as well.

Well my biggest red flag, and I hope I misunderstood something, was the suggestion that their route to the European market might be via the likes of Linde and Air Liquide, the current suppliers of bottled oxygen. They're not the end user, they're not the budget holder, and they are the incumbent suppliers using a completely different approach. Would love to see an explanation of the rationale for that. I think Europe is not pivotal to success going forwards so I'll continue to hold, but it leaves me confused to say the least.

So I hold some of my Superdry shares through AJ Bell, but can't see details of the REX offer in my account. Is it because I don't count as a UK investor? In other words can anybody else see details of the REX offer on their Superdry shares with AJ Bell?
