We are moving inexorably towards this.

Exciting times.

Having looked at this, my very rudimentary take is RYA may
be the better choice in longer term valuation creation.

Their extraordinary focus on cost reduction, coupled with the compounding
benefit of buy backs, the later being a very powerful value creation mechanism.

The run up to Brexit may create some nice longer term buy entries for
either stock, however and this is a big however - we look to be late cycle
and late in this current bull market.

My Irish passport should be here within the next two weeks,
If I hold RYA shares in the case of a no deal, I'm guessing my stock broker
will need to see either a copy, or the original - in a worst case scenario.

May has not got the numbers for a Chequers style deal on the Tory side,
so the current proposal has waisted many months, it's not going to happen.
Opposition parties would vote against, the EU will not accept this,
as was always abundantly clear before Thursday.

So that leaves a Canada style agreement, which might, just might pass the HoC.
If just 10 Tory MP's vote against, that also fails. Opposition parties would vote against this type of free trade
agreement, hoping to bring down the government and force another GE.

Remember the lie British people were sold- the same access to EU markets
post Brexit. Utter and complete b*****ks.

I would guesstimate he assumed some sanity will prevail.
However, markets hate uncertainty, and there is growing uncertainty.

Michael makes a comment that it would .. help their buy backs.

Anyway, I'm sure it's a subject any UK nationals, with significant RYA holdings,
are aware of...

The Tory party will effectively hand the keys of No10 to Labour.

Manufacturing and general employment will take a large hit,
let's then see the 'support' for Brexit and this inept government.

I can hold an Irish passport, so it's not a personal concern.

What will be interesting is to see how low the SP may be forced down
as we approach the Brexit crunch, with growing uncertainty.
Then, I will be ready to buy.

Will UK nationals, who are RYA shareholders be forced to sell their shares?.

What I found very striking on the recent Q1 Q&A,
was Michael's comment re UK nationals who are RYA shareholders.

Apologies if this has already been discussed here,
however it's well worth watching - on the RYA investors site.

Would appreciate any views on the longer term investment case,
which is the better stock to hold?, Perhaps a case for both.

RYA in aggressively reducing the share count, arguably creats greater compounding value?.

I have been impressed by the £ amount EZJ are continuing to remove from their
operational costs, the new CEO perhaps yet unproven in the top role.

I have EZJ trading on approx 13.4 X and RYA on approx 12.7.

With potential downside to forecasts given rising costs,
neither looks particularly cheap, but very much a csee of imv only,
DYOR- as always.

Equating to EUR 33 million transaction value.

Worth considerably less on Friday's closing price!.

Great timing by the CEO.
