It has to be through the Smart Investor chat on the desktop website.

Barclays online chat didn’t help - they told me to ring Smart Investor.

@ Seaman - like many others on here, he had shares in the company when everything was rosy.
Then he sold, thinking he could buy back in lower, which he can’t, so of course the company is now all doom and gloom.
But of course when he does eventually buy back in, it’ll all be rosy again.
