Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
It was probably deleted as it contained investment advice from the #calamitytrader.
"Buy at 15p with a target price of 12p"
Which closely followed how "buy at 18p sell at 17p."
Ha, ha, ha, ha!
What part of "infantry squadie" is ridicule soft lad?
I was thinking much the same about the soft lad cross ramper super trader infantry squadie who posted that Lloyds Bank would be 25% up by now.
Not mentioned since for some reason?
The hapless #calamitytrader got suckered in after yesterday's rise, bought at 25p and sold today at 23p.
No wonder he's lost the plot.
mrcosts is just gloating after his recent success in predicting the drop to 16p, allowing him to either significantly increase his holding for free or bank the thick end of £20k just by having faith in his own judgement.
Much like the super trader axe-capital, who told us he has made all his sng losses back and was kind enough to share his trading skills by telling us we could buy Lloyds Bank and make 25% in three months. Fingers crossed for you on that one.
No doubt the #calamitytrader followed that particular tip while the rest of us looked on enviously, lol!
Looking forward to Ghia explaining 'the position poly have put themselves in and why.'
Alkin, lol!
Having laughed at you I do think that if nothing has changed before 210223 35p will be a very tempting offer.
Nobody will be forced to accept it if poly only own 30% of the business though.
I'm baffled why anyone would invest in a product which "is unlikely to have a success in the market at £2,000 a go"?
Still, if the chart says BUY then you've no choice, and you can always blame someone else if it goes wrong.
The-Lockie, someone bought around 2,000,000 the other day but as ever dyor and personally I wouldn't rely on a niche anonymous internet forum in that research.
FreeTheCaterham7 - "This is mildly positive but why on earth are so many people getting so excited about it?"
5 or 6 or maybe even 10 people "getting excited" is so many?
You must live in a very small world, lol!
I think poly have followed andybe4 and bought at 18.6p and will have sold at 17p as advised by the #calamitytrader.
or not, lol!
Ha ha ha, just checked post history and the calamity trader, aka andybe4, advised everyone to buy at 18.6p and sell at 17p.
He is losing money hand over fist.
#stillcalamitytrading
Lol andybe4 again, you've literally no idea what price I paid for my holding, and to be fair it was over double the current share price, but I did sell some in July 20. I have bought some at 170p since but I sold the same number of shares at 202p when the fund raise opportunity was announced, free money.
I've no doubt your losses here have only increased since 21 Feb due to your
#stillcalamitytrading
Lol andybe4, the difference between the bid and offer price was explained to you back in May. You might remember the hashtag #calamitytrading?
#stillcalamitytrading
Ha, ha, ha!
mrcosts, you think on average a couple of posts a month is stalking, you don't use the cash out when gambling and you think someone has to win the lottery.
I can see why you don't trust your own judgement, lol!
mrcosts, if you sold your shares today you could use the proceeds of the sale to buy them back at 'the end of the week' and either bank over £10grand, or increase your holding by almost another 80,000 shares.
I suppose the only thing stopping you back is your lack of trust in your own judgement, again, lol!
The cretin and proven liar aka Shoots101 aka...... org39, SanFran01, nemo100, Seb46, Aston01, Dan100, ProfSH, B747 is a very sad and lonely individual who needs the internet for companionship. Sadly the only way he has achieved any consistent response is by his now legendary lying and trolling.
His story about his direct communication with sng, first telling us news in June, and then in summer has been proven, as expected, to be another lie. It did achieve the aim with several readers (docdaneeka lol?) being taken in though.
He even told us he talked all his friends and family into buying sng when it was £2. No wonder he is lonely.
Oh dear what a shame never mind, lol!
They are expecting something to happen which they have no control over, a bit like successful p3 but not that obviously. If it did happen they would need more staff so they are employing staff just on the off chance.
That'll be it.
The sprinter failure was unexpected but outside of their control.
You'd like to think that they are in control of whatever it is driving this latest recruitment?
mrcosts, your posts are obviously not 'party line' but 'actions speak louder than words'.
You held "334k shares @average of 151p" before p3 and you told us that you had bought some more sometime after p3. That's a real vote of confidence in the business and management so well done you, lol!
I would add that researching an investment before investing and seeing it drop in value is all part of investing.
Holding shares which you publicly believe and predict will fall in value, and then being proved correct while not only continuing to retain your entire holding but increase that holding, is as close to a mugs game as you could get.
alkin, -"The point I was trying to get at is that if Poly (now TFG) decided to buy at the end of February 2023 and hit 30%, they could then buy the company for 35p per share (the highest price for the last 12 months)."
Just to clarify, if they do increase their holding to 30% they are (I believe?) obliged to make an offer to all holders at a price equal to, or higher, than the highest price they have paid in the preceding 12 months.
Nobody is obliged to accept the offer.
