I maybe in a minority (of one) but I’m not sure we will be getting any income from new projects declared this year. FB will in production by late this year but there will be testing and a ramp-up of production. I don’t expect any declared income until very early 2022. Near income from Eureka was about to happen, many times, according to CB. I don’t expect declared income from Eureka also until Jan / Feb early. Like wise for BE and GF

I hope my scepticism, for once, is unfounded. But I doubt it.

With current CIB, additional income starting early 2022 will not be an issue. And with constant good news from assay results I would expect the sp to be higher by the end of the year and ready for a substantial boost as income is declared Jan / Feb next year.

Exactly. And as far as I' can remember all who did calcs did their calcs using fully diluted number ie inc options and warrants : 1billion

About three months ago, and in answer to a similar question, I posted my view below. I think that view is looking a tad conservative now tbh

My assessment of probability v sp is this:

95% chance of sp getting to 10p, thereafter 20% reduction in probability with every 10p rise so:

75% chance of sp getting to 20p
55% chance of sp getting to 30p
35% chance of sp getting to 40p
15% chance of sp getting to 50p
so I would think 55 / 60p would be the realistic max

That's my view as well.

CB referenced the risk of making forward looking statements in that interview. I was going to say its a nod and a wink to shareholders re 2mt, but its less subtle than that and more like he is mouthing the sentence to shareholders....."we have 2 mt "!

Sledgey is the poster who, a few weeks ago, stated that the charts are showing an 8% drop. The sp went up, so he then posted later..."sorry wrong board".

The market seems to want more proof of the great fundamentals here. It looks like the only way the market will start to believe is when there is a photo of CB holding one of those massive lottery style cheques stating "Pay Xtract £300M" from "A major".

That said, the market may still want to wait until the cheque has been cashed before moving higher :)

2m sells is very strange but I can only assume some needs some petrol and found a black market source :)

Very good start but I wonder if the market will want to see a few more before it reacts? It has largely ignored very good drill results over last 2 months.

If the assay results keep coming like this then it must react soon.

Hopefully 5p broken today? But this is AIM so who knows?

I made a note of what CB said in his interviews re assay time scales.

1. We wont be needing to wait any where near as long for phase 2 results as we did for phase 1. (They took circa 12 weeks in phase 1)

2. On 29 July interview he said it will take 6 weeks from drill finish. As Hole 1 finished circa 29 July that would mean assay result around 9 Sept.

3. Then 12 Aug interview, 4-5 weeks before first assay results. Assume 5 weeks - so that means 16 Sept.

Against CB's latest guidance the assay results are a bit late.

If the assay results were given in the same time scale as phase 1 (circa 12 weeks) that would see hole 1 results released circa 20 October. I am sure the assay results will be released much quicker than phase 1. But CB's initial indication was that they would be released in about half the time (6 weeks not 12 weeks).

We are now at 8.5 weeks from end of hole 1.

For anyone new to Xtract this interview may be of interest. Obviously its a bit out of date with some aspects, but still gives a good over view of the co and prospects.

Interesting how CB majored on the importance of good assay results for Racecourse. Surely he would of only said that if he had a good idea that the first batch were going to be - at least good?

Agreed. I've made that point before. And maybe, not just being punished for hyperbole over phase 1 drill result comments, but going back further re timescales and predictions??

That may explain why, after a continuous run of good/ very good RNSs, the sp hasnt moved....yet.

At 622m drill length and at -55 degrees that was 360m step out. As the pad was next to the old footprint border, that potentially extend the area by say 340m (Approx) NE direction.

That's a big increase.

I think depends on what you mean by phase 3. If you mean phase 3 is the next 12000m taking us to 20,000m, then I agree. But I see that as still phase 2 as 20,000m was the scope of phase 2.

If you mean phase 3 being after 20,000m has been drilled, then i think another raise will be required. That said, that should be at a sp over 10p and not more than £2M or £3M due to FB income - so not much dilution.
