Alex Terry is still increasing. I would think that the round numbers of all his previous holdings implies he is a PI??

To be honest. Yes I would be. (re less than 1.5mt)

Its one thing for CB to exaggerate and be overly optimistic - which we all know he does regularly, but I would see a 1.2 or 1.3 figure as much worse than his usual misplaced optimism.

As he was privy to more info than the shareholders were over many months, I would say CB would have been an idiot to give the impression, many many times, that we were going to hit / had a good chance of 2mt if it looked like we were nowhere near that.

He may be a lot of things but I dont think hes an idiot or charlatan.

If I'm wrong and RC resource is a lot less than 1.5mt then I think his credibility will be trashed. That said, he may be able to "save" himself to some extent if Ascot got us over the 2mt line but even then, he would have shown, IMHO hes more than just "overly optimistic" at times.

At some point within the next 6 months, hopefully sooner, CB will have to reveal what the resource value is at RC. I would be very surprised if it is significantly lower than what he has implied as he would have had some idea of how things were progressing when he made his statements.

I would be surprised if its less than 1.5mt. Add Manica to that and we should be in the low teens worst case??

I agree with a lot what you say Shorn.

Gold will do well, but that’s because the real yield will be negative for some time as inflation will be higher than interest achievable. So people turn to Gold as a store of wealth – which inturn ends up as a much better investment than just “preserve my wealth” due to the high demand.

Central banks are stuck between a rock and a hard place imho. They know they need to increase interest rates to reduce inflation and meet their inflation targets, buts they also know the economy of their own country is not in great shape to deal with higher rates. There is also the elephant in the room of massive government debt, certainly in US, which can only be serviced by low interest rates - so another reason why interest rates may not rise as much as they should.

Although Gold will do very well, I think Silver will also do well along with commodities in general. Copper and EV metals will have the added boost of higher demand due to Green agenda and EV revolution. Could be mid “1970s lite” situation (but not as extreme) where inflation went very high and commodity prices also increased at the same time.

In short, commodities will be the place to be for next 2 to 4 years….until they mean revert and the inevitable correction comes.

I would assume Q1 results will be released last week June or early July as they are probably not great. Q1 last year was released 2 July. Q2 were poor and released 5 October. Both over 3 months from end of reporting period.

Q3 and Q4 were good results and released 2 weeks after reporting period.

Yes. That is what I meant 31 dec + max 6 months = 30 June for final year accounts.

My understanding is that the full year accounts have to be published within 6 months of period ending ie 30 June and that the AGM must be held within 6 months of the period ending (30 June) and we had to have at least 3 weeks notice of AGM. Happy to be corrected.

I assume that info is correct and is a legal requirement?? FCA rules??

A month ago, I said that the AGM/ Final accounts will be announced soon, Andy M showed me the FCA rule giving 2 month extension. Obviously it doesnt mean everything will definitely be delayed by the full 2 months... but I suspect CB will take advantage of most of it !

Pre covid, the final results should be announced by end of June. However, Andy Mills said that companies can delay final results for 2 months due to covid - under special dispensation.

As the AGM should also be held by end of June and at least 3 weeks notice is given (it can't be now) I suspect we wont get the AGM notice or final results for a few weeks yet?

Final results and AGM have always been announced by now in previous years. So I assume CB is taking advantage of the option to delay.

Not too sure how many would know of incoming gold revenue unless you were already invested. An RNS will get a wider circulation and hopefully buys will then start coming in??

I would think those that sold to day need the money as they had to fill up the car with fuel :)

This doesnt mean Empress have any involvement now with the other three deposits, but It seems strange to me that Empress mention the other three if they didnt think they would be involved with them in the future? Or had no intention of being involved?

Woodford also said the three other deposits they would be "going after”, so not part of empress involvement yet, but maybe they will try and do a deal to secure them?

It was in the interview. 9mins in. The question is what were the three other deposits they were talking about when they said going after them? My guess is it could have been DL, BE and GF??

I agree with this. Thats why I think it possible that the "three other deposits" Empress talked about could well be DL, BE and GF. Would we not have heard about other drilling in the area in addition to the three deposits we know about?

That said, I may well be adding 2+2 and getting 22.

But could that % for MMP not be increased and agreement not be changed if FB was used to processes the ore? The "three additional deposits" did seem to imply the known three in the area?

Maybe the recovery in new state of the art plant would be better for the Chinese to use? Or nearer?

I could be way off here and maybe the additional three deposits are all new.

Woodyer said there are three additional deposits. Seems more than a coincidence that there is three satellites near: DL BE and GF

Would it not be likely that the FB processing plant could be used for these other three deposits? The Chinese could still mine the Gold at BE and GF but its then processed at FB?? MMP, Chinese and Xtract all benefit?

Just guessing so we need clarification from CB.

I'm also happy for CB to explore other anomalies . But as CB says, its a big system so I'm also not too sure how we will be doing a lot more drilling + assay at the other anomalies in just an extra 2 months?

Ben's comment about "year" is probably more accurate . Be it early next year or 12 months from now.

Maybe CB is so sure FB income will be available by July, or Aug latest, that he wants to make good use of it? I would be amazed if we get a buy out this year now. Q1 earliest now IMHO.

On a separate but related matter. I just dont understand why some are selling, just before FB will go into production. RNS could land tomorrow or end of month (latest?). SP will surely be up to 6p minimum, on that news?? Possible over 7p?? circa 10p on first income confirmed?

I guess we'll know soon - very soon probably.

You say lots of losses, and I know CB has mentioned this, but I dont think these loses will significantly affect profit. May be a bit more profit.

Last recorded losses were 90K a year. I would think the monthly profit may increase a by £10K a month, at the most.
