There's not loads of selling, much more buying. Circa 1.3m buys v 0.3m sells. I wish there was loads of sells as that would explain why sp down. Its down even with a lot more buys.

I can buy as many as I want and the ASK hardly changes even with massive buy order. That usually implies the MMs have a lot of shares to move.

I really can't see this going sub 1p - but it may get close to it.

Yes, got position of new CFO today. In my CV I calculated the income from FB HR would be $78M a month from Q1 increasing to $3.6 Billion a month by end of 2020.

I think it's fair to say, CB was impressed !

The company should be in FT100 within 12 months :-) Why do you think CB bought more today? Coincidence? I think not.

Future does look good and $800K - $1million per month by this time next year is possible.

Maybe some are selling now as they don't like the 'this time next year' bit from CB ?

As NicetoMichu has said, the article is sponsored so it reduces the credibility of what is being said. The online publication does seem to be a bonefide publication though.

CB is in the process of doing a 90 day DD, so even if there was any truth in this, CB could decline to do proceed. The worse case scenario, IMHO, would be embarrassment for CB, and not a significant SP reduction (FB is the main income driver).

To clarify, I'm not saying there is any truth in the article.

...And 45kg next Q3 should see circa $35K a month next profit - much better than I initially thought. (I used the wrong method when calculation both figures).

At this rate of improvement, I should have alluvial profit figures up to $1M a month by 10pm tonight -:)

gold produced this quarter was 57% of total gold sales.
Q2 production = $28K a month profit ex unsold gold.

Explorator received 28% of total produced not usual 25%. Mistake or new increase in % not announced?

Looks like the total gold produced this quarter was 36% of total gold sales which would equate to $117K revenue ex Gold sales from unsold Gold. Less $100K costs from Q2 production = $6K a month profit.

If next two months production is the same as July’s 14.5KG, then the 45KG Q3 results will be average compared to previous results over last 20 months. That may produce $10K a month profit.

However, good or bad next quarter’s figures are, I think it’s fair to say the profit from alluvials will be insignificant compared to the hard rock income. I had some hope that the massive increase in production announced a few months ago could ensure that we started to get decent profit from alluvials. I was wrong.

I now see the alluvial operations as more of a self financing operation that needs to be done to clear the way for HR production.

Bigger fish to fry now.

Funny you should have mentioned that as I was surprised he didn't mention Q2 results at all. I would have thought he would have said something.

I'm now not so sure they will be announced this week.

He majored on KPZ's credibility and that all licences were established and in order. The pod cast seemed to be more of a shut down of the false rumours .

Clear and transparent clarification of credibility of KPZ in that pod cast.

Obviously CB is shutting down any mischievous nonsense that some have been spouting re KPZ.

Those selling now, I assume, must think Q2 results will not be good and that the SP will go lower after release.

They maybe right. But I would be amazed if the Q2 results don't lift the SP a bit, maybe a lot.

1. Production will have increased (200tph 24/7 for all of the month)
2. Higher Gold prices.
3. Good weather in Q2 for good production.
4. All of unsold gold will be in these figures (according to report back from AGM). Many may not read the small print and not release some of the income is from previous quarters and buy on headline figures.
5. Last Q grades were low so we have to be very unlucky for grades to be lower this Q.

Because of all of the above I am staggered why some are selling now. Usually the SP rises into Q results even when there is no reason to think they will be good. Now there is a good reason (IMHO)...sells and SP falling!

Of course, I may be completely wrong ! We should know in 24 hours.

Lets see what Q2 results bring this week. Those selling over last few days may be regretting their decision by Friday.

If this drops after Q2 results then those selling would have been right.

Its not about an individuals average though. IF this does hit 6p it will have circa 12 bagged (after dilution and from low). That would be a good performance IMHO from CB.

20p would see this 40 bag (after dilution and from lows). That could happen but is extremely unlikely.

I've been critical of CB but lets not give him an unrealistic bar to reach before we stop moaning and start praising him.

CB has often missed his own targets or deadlines so I would not be as surprised or even that worried if he didn’t meet the latest copper dump timescales. I don’t expect any income from FB hard rock by the end of the year (as he stated). I do expect income (Copper or FB) by Q1 next though.

I think his timescales are more aspirations then robust timescales. I may be wrong and he may be accurate with his predictions this time. I hope so.

I agree with your view that FB is a good asset and will be worth 6p. But I don’t agree that achieving this SP is not enough to restore SH value to LTHs, or that 6p will still see people complaining. I would think, 95% of LTHs would take 6p now and consider that CB had restored SH value, done a good job and would be praising him not still complaining.

Maybe it’s just me and I’m too easily pleased :-)

The alternative view is that CB knows the Q2 results will be good and that the sp may have spiked after release. he didnt want to release the 1.2p placing RNS after the Q2 results as that could have been at a 50% discount to the current sp - more people getting spiked.

I'm not saying that that is definitely the case, but it is a possibility and an reasonable alternative view . We'll know soon enough.

Is what I have said before. CB has said recently that we will get meaningful income from FB this year, so why not wait until then?

As already stated, I’m not as confident that the copper dumps will be as good as some have suggested. The deal seemed far too good to be true (on face value) and has many unknowns and risks. Some seem to be comparing the copper plays with FB and they are nothing like FB which is a detailed, robust, DFS’d project which has now been de-risked (IMHO).

I base my prediction of 6p within 2 years only against FB as other projects are just speculation and potential. Surprised you’ve sold out (I think you said you had) as although I agree with some of what you have said, I still think this will rerate from this level because of FB.
