CB said that at last years Investor show - placing done in July but right during the SP spike. The SP damage was mostly absorbed.

I'm not saying the sells are definitely due to a placing coming, but there must be a reason for all these large on going sells and if others reasons are eliminated then that leaves the placing theory as an increasing likely option. It can't be dismissed.

IF there is a placing now, then that impact would be very different to the last placing imho.

1. Last one was done in a SP spike, not when SP was very low like now.
2. CB has repeatedly been talking up prospects in Pod casts, and saying income coming from manica and copper plays soon.

To change sentiment, 180 degrees, with a placing would be madness and seriously damage CBs credibility imho. As well as the SP!

Because I don't think CB is an idiot, I'm hoping there is another explanation for the sells that I havnt thought of, and that are nothing to do with a placing coming. But I'm struggling to think of another plausible explanation tbh.

That's a bit worrying. Assuming I am right that a TR1 would have to be issued if it was a major shareholder selling, then it can't be a major shareholder as we havnt had TR1s. So not Sanderson Capital then.

So, I believe, we are only left with two options: (Happy to be corrected)

1. PIs selling

2. these are forward sold shares for a placing.

I can't think of any other options. Unless others can.

I would be amazed if it were Pis selling this many shares, which only leaves one option left.

Agreed. I've made that point before and the last two placing here were in a manipulated rising SP.

Another reason why a dont think its a placing.

That is why I'm going with the theory its KPZ selling.

I know CB doesnt always cover himself in glory, but I don't think he is a complete idiot. To swap 'income coming soon news', with a placing would be madness. What will happen to sentiment, and therefore SP, if we go from income coming soon, possible large cash injection(from part sale) to....a placing.

Don't forget, only a few weeks ago he said in the pod cast income coming from copper plays by July latest. Not saying his timing is right (is it ever), but that is positive sentiment coming from him - no hint of a placing.

I don't think next news will be a placing, but IF the next news was a placing rather than news re income / HR update / part sell of asset / then I think that would be the final straw for many LTHs, especially as many other junior miners are doing very very well atm with POG rising.

$40K is £32K which could be about 40M shares sold at 0.8p average sell over last few months?? The 500K + sells could have been KPZ and lower sells could have been PIs. Would be interesting to see what was cumulative total of 500K + sells over last few months. Not sure if that would be over 40M.

I take your point but if it is not KPZ responsible for most of sells then I can only assume a placing is coming?? If it were any other listed shareholder we would have had a TR1 notification. There are only so many options.

The ISA explanation does make sense and could explain recent transactions. Good point.

But the consistent long term sells is baffling. I originally thought it could be Sandersons Capital (in need of cash?) but thinking about it further my understanding is that a TR1 would need to be submitted if they were the seller. We should have had many by now.

I can only assume its either:

1. A lot of different PIs selling (very unlikely)

2. A placing is coming and these are forward sold shares. (Previous placing here have always been announced in a manipulated rising SP so this also seems unlikely - but possible)

3. KPZ selling their 20% share holding as per 15 July RNS. I assume there would not be a need for a TR1 if they sold ?? - they are not listed on the shareholders list on the website.

My best guess (and it is a guess) is that it's KPZ selling their 20%, but I may be wrong!!

Agreed. If it can keep inching up even with a few big sells then we may be about to rerate. Alternatively it may keep yo yoing as seller unloads. Seller will be gone at some point though.

Maybe in a better position to judge by end of the week?

as soon as SP starts to rise the big sells appear.

I'm the first to say that CB isnt as fully transparent as many other CEOs/Chairman, but even by his standards, if he forgets to inform shareholders we have been in lockdown for a few weeks and all work stopped, then that would at best disgraceful, and at worst against AIM rules.

Moz is not in lock down according to the latest info.

IF work had been suspended then CB would have to inform shareholders. We have not had the same RNS' as Jubilee Metals as we are not in the same situation.

The 0.7p price trade is very strange as no buy or sell reflected that price today. I'm not saying it was a buy, but I think it's as likely to be a buy as a sell.

This share does put you through all emotions. Never thought I'd be excited and worried, in equal measure, at the same time :)

But if it does take off will it get hit with 500K sells again ! I think the seller needs to have gone before it does take off.
