RE: Sanderson Capital Partners29 Apr 2020 18:51
I saw the notification of 'Compulsory strike-off action has been discontinued' and was going to post that they are back in the game, but realised that this notification ( Dec) was before the winding-up petition (Jan).
Whatever the details and full facts behind this, it would seem likely that they have financial problems and it's highly likely that the many recent sells are due to the urgent need for cash (IMHO). With the new info re Sandersons financial situation, I think this is now more plausible explanation (re sells), than a placing coming, so I'm more hopeful that the next news will be good rather than bad.
I still don't understand why we havnt seen TR1 notifications though.
As others have said, the high correlation of matching buys and sells may be a transfer of stock???
Whatever the detail behind this, it would seem reasonable to assume that when the selling stops, we should see an uplift in the SP ?? That may be a good time for CB to release any pending good news??? ;)
Now maybe a good time to buy, but i'd be a bit cautious as they may have alot more to sell and we may see this go down further as they keep unloading. Of course the sells could all stop tomorrow or in 3 months.. who knows?
