I agree Wasa there can’t be anything at all to say, otherwise why would they be spending ACP’s limited resources investing in passive investments like Kabunga companies instead of spending it on their primary investment. Let’s just hope they make a killing on those ‘other investments’ or they’ll be selling a highly discounted placing to the HNWI’s and giving themselves some along with it. Probably throw in some warrants as well just in case the don’t make enough money out the rank and file investor.
