What part off a wind-down and closing all subsidiaries do you not get? Without the subsidiaries Mode Global Holdings is nothing. as they make up the Global HOLDINGS.
Have you looked at the products on the website recently? All pages are down because they are closed and no longer operating.
It’s unfortunate to see, but mode is very much done now.
I wonder what happened to all the unsold Mode merchandise? They could of sold all that at 50% off to keep the lights on a bit longer.
About to pop? Have you seen all the huge sells recently? 1% was sold in one hit yesterday, not forgetting all the 100,000 +
My guess is that the Cencert Party are laughing at everyone recently while they dump shed loads. They know they can always convert their CLNs at a discounted price and also take part in a lovely discounted placing.
Taken from the latest financials that you might want to read;
Total Assets 31 Dec 20 - £38.88m
Total Assets 31 Dec 21 - £3.48m
Total Assets 30 Jun 22 - £2.68m
Doesn’t look good if you ask me
Wow. Some of you really have no clue.
The assets went from around £27m to £5m. Pretty pretty sure they never held that much Bitcoin. I’ll confirm actual numbers in a bit.
Also if mode wasn’t about Crypto. Why would they use their placing money to put it into their balance sheet?
I am very interested in growth stocks. But this needs a massive fundraise /placing before that happens here.
I post because People need educating of this and the lack of cash. If you’d looked at the previous financials, you’d know their situation.
I’m watching from a distance for when the dilutions done. As it might be worth investing then.
Investing now is just a punt / gamble. Stick to red or black if you like that.
You’re right and I also very nearly got suckered in at 75p.
But since then they have released a number of financials and made a lot of very disappointing / poor decisions, including changing their road map which prompted me to sell at a loss, before there was nothing.
I could quite easily buy back in now with a larger holding than what I sold at, but like I’ve said , there are way to many negatives here to invest.
If you like crypto, stick with Bitcoin. Which was modes original plan.
Have you still got your Fag packet calculations?
It’s not even worth £1m after they disposed of pretty much all assets.
Losses increased even after reining in expenditure. How is that even possible? Lol
£1.75m CLN’s outstanding and maybe a months worth of cash remaining (at best).
Placing / fundraise coming before end of year.
I would wait till then if you want to invest here, as the dilution will be horrendous
A lot sooner IMO. They declared they had £2.2m cash in bank at 30 Jun, but had only just received £2m a week prior from the CLN.
If they burnet a lower amount of £0.6m a month they’d be done in 4 months from June.
They need cash ASAP IMO. And it’s going to hurt LTH
I remember mode saying they were going to reduce spending??
6 month 2021 Expenditure: £4.705m
6 month 2021 Income: £0.814m
Works out as 17% of Exp was regained through revenue
6 month 2022 Expenditure: £4.130m
6 month 2022 Income : £0.535m
This year only 13% was regained through revenue
Yes the expenditure has decreased slightly, but it should reflect with the revenue. Why has the margin increased? (Got worse!)
There’s usually a notice prior to the realise of the Interims. So can’t see them being released this month. MODE are probably trying to get a last minute loan in again to boost the cash Or still searching for investors to take part in a dismal placing
Big ‘COULD’ though I’m afraid. I had the App for a while.. i was a fan of the instant payments with THG. But they are no longer go down that route. The affiliate scheme is ok, but you can save so much more by using discount codes, especially if you are a returning customer, as the cashback is reduced.
I use a crypto card along with a discount code and save a substantial amount more. I can use the saving to buy Bitcoin if I wanted and still be a lot better off
No but it frustrates me when people give it the whole ‘no negatives here’ ‘boom’ etc when clearly there is a number of concerns here. You’re just trying to entice new unaware investors, so you can make a quick buck, while leave those unaware at a loss.
