I think we have now got more legal experts on this board than the Supreme Court. It is possible to over analyse, the decision has been made we just have to wait and see.

I’m a little surprised at the reaction on here to the announcement. I went to the Supreme Court in April to watch the case (wouldn’t recommend to anyone it was rather dull). It’s almost like it has come as a surprise to people.

Worries me that this will open sharply down on Monday as the nervous panic at what they should have known was coming. I suppose it could present another buying opportunity. Who knows?
