Nod to the popcorn. My Lloyds shares just sit and aren’t of much concern to me so I will reinvest for the long term. I was just trying to get a conversation going about the company rather than the usual stuff I have seen on here over the last couple of days.

Interesting responses, I’m now inclined to reinvest the dividend.

Just for fun I thought I would ask what anyone’s thoughts are on the likely effect on the share price would be once this goes ex dividend with the Supreme Court ruling imminent?

Annoying that you are having problems with customer service, I would have liked to give it a try but probably won’t bother now.

Maybe it shouldn’t be read as ‘the good the bad and the ugly’. Maybe ‘the good the now and the ugly’. I think the poster was referring to the fact that there is a downside factored into the current sp.

That was hilarious Sam. I just checked and I do hold a couple of k in Lloyds but they just sit there for the dividend. I think I bought them years ago because my wife used to work at Lloyds at some time. I won’t be selling them either.
