Interesting. I picked my five year old granddaughter up from school today and asked her if I throw an empty bottle and a full bottle in the pond which one would float better! She didn’t consult AI she just looked at me like the fool I am and said the empty bottle!

Neither of us learnt anything from that conversation.

I then asked her if Goggle Gemini gave an answer about a court case in Nigeria would you trust AI or think a bloke who had been down the pub with a few colleagues come up with a better answers? I must admit she did look a bit perplexed at this, but put her faith in AI!

Yes very grim. To make matters worse reading between the lines I think they will sell the website name. After reading the report I can’t believe I’m still a shareholder! But for some strange reason I am.

The most worrying thing in the report for me was the CEO remuneration. The lad needs a pay rise. If he goes I can’t see how this gets turned round.

Following BlackSwans post and endeavouring most of the weekend to find details of the Lagos High Court ruling I downloaded the Gemini App and got this …..

It then went on to give information about how the ruling may play out and I assume lots of assumptions were made in fitting the jigsaw together that may not come to fruition. Anyway I thought the information regarding this ruling was good news.

Well, it just occurred to me that it seems ridiculous to me that people would spend days, weeks and years posting anything they can find negative about the company. HINT the stock is not for sale all negative posts will not change the price in the morning. Take a break.

The company will succeed or fail. I would like success but either way it won’t be life changing.

I looked around the room at AGM and didn’t see that many concerned faces. I think the old guy in the Barbour jacket probably held these at £17 and has no intention of selling.

The FCA are clearly in trouble and if the shares were a buy at 560 things have only got better.

Has anyone put forward any interesting questions for the AGM? I would be interested to know if it is the board’s intention to implement a buy back but I’m guessing that has already been asked?

Excellent spot Mr Kipper. It’s nice to see some trades going through. I did express my concerns about this company before the last couple of RNS and was content to buy while this was under the radar. It seems someone has woken up to the possibility this could grow!

Clearly the journalist that wrote that article was just putting words on a page because they need to make a living.

The interesting statement however was….

Thanks Knot. Your explanations are always appreciated and informative. I will avoid the word Pi55 in future. I just made a random post without thinking about it because there isn’t much to talk about. I’m thinking the share price will just bump along to in the 415-475 zone for a while. Tons of stuff going on in the background…. But I don’t think there will be any significant movement in the share price until the AGM or the FCA waters down the redress scheme which they will.

yeah it’s a a strange one for me. i did a little research but to be honest it was probably a bit of a gamble when i hoovered up shares between 180 and 220. having time on my hands and nothing else much to do i went to watch the sc case (very dull). more research and i didn’t think about selling at 560 (perhaps i should have) but if it goes below 415 i will be buying a double bargain.

sorry to ask for advice but can anyone recommend a reasonably priced hotel near to head office. just because i have time on my hands i would like to attend the agm for the experience. i stayed at the royal lancaster last time but they are asking £800 for two nights which seems somewhat of a **** take.

anyway stay strong, make your own plans. i just feel jitters setting in….. thanks in advance from up north!
