Fully laden with Lancaster crude off to Rotterdam. Draught 13 m which is pretty deep. Arrival Tuesday around 14.00. Maybe I’ll watch her when she sail into the port.

Relentless buying?? Haha. Turnover 6m; next to nothing!
Thanks to all the folks that have so diligently provided an enormous amount of valuable information. Now there is talk of a drill in P8 but I am lost to what this is or means. Related to sandstone which “surrounds” the Lancaster P6 well?. Could anyone please shed some light on this point. Thanks in advance.
Does not appear to make sense Senseman
Indeed but not quite DC. Bit on the backburner but my interest has gained some interest of late. Lets hope it does not turn out in vain. Is Laserdisc still around?
Days
Scott Spirit approaching Aoka Mizu and ready to tie up with her when the wind lies down. Looks good for the next few data!
Although my interest in HE has fallen below freezing point I occasionally read this BB, the quality of which has fallen unfortunately in line with the SP degradation.
Anyway, the correct draught of the PN is 10,80 (and not 8,5). This means the PN is not nearly fully loaded. I leave the guess work to the professionals
Thank you Missdosh, spot on. “Amazing Grace” it is and never, ever “off topic”, as far as I am concerned.
On her way to Lancaster. But she is a far smaller tanker than eg the Petroatlantic. So I wonder?
I would like to convey my deepest respect to mr. Trice and his team for their professionalism and good work. Like us they must be very, very disappointed with the double setback which now occur and puts at risk years and years and years of hard work. It takes great courage to move on and I sincerely wish them well. Chapeau!
Now anchored in Cromarty but due in Rotterdam 12 March at the MOT. So just perhaps..... To be continued.
Yesterday I spoke with the man in charge of the discharge operations of Nord West Oelleitunggesellschaft in Wilhelmshaven. He was reluctant to reveal the cargo size of the PA. However, at my supposition (?) that the PA was fully loaded, his answer was litterally: NOT FULLY LOADED, NOT AT ALL.
That ties in with the draught of 10.3. So perhaps 60% of a full load? Reasons? One can only guess. Perhaps the 7 well only came on stream mid Feb?
On another point I really hope that HE sold forward say 50% of their estimated troughput (like Ithaca did in the past). If not, then AS blundered his way through adequate risk management.
OK Lets change the tune a little! Shuttle tanker Navion Oceania is due at Rotterdam Maasvlakte on February 17 ( now lying idle in Lerwick). Perhaps with 450.000 Lancaster bbls? Who knows. Would tie in nicely time wise (23 days @ 20.000).
Whatever the lows of the share price, today, yet again, flow 20.000 barrels of oil into the tanks of AM. The equivalent of just over $ 1 million. Each day, every day. Keep up!
I am not a mole in Rotterdam as indicated by one contributor. I am simply using my entrepreneurial, investigative skills to find out the cargo loads we are interested in.
At present the Navion Oceania is anchoring outside the port of Rotterdam until Tuesday next (28/1), because the MOT has no spare tanks at the moment. My contact (again, he is not a mole) confirmed that the NO is far from fully loaded. She is estimated to contain 55.000 metric tons of crude oil and to me, this seems in line with the 2 metres difference in draught (although I am not in experts in this matters.
Now, whatever it is precicely, for me it is totally irrelevant and in fact a non event.
Have a good weekend.
Alas: the market is Always right.!
We are obviously in a process where many smaller shareholders capitulate. No wonder as the directors of the company refuse to invest a substantial amount of money in the shares of the company they work for. That sends a clear signal to the markets: "if we invest, it is not in our own company".
There was also the hype of going to the main market: after two years of waiting no sign whatsoever.
What a smart move of Kerogen to sell at 46 some half year ago. Briljant. Too bad I didn't follow their lead.
Now obviously, this newly appointed Director of British Gas will assist in the strategy review thet HE is now undertaking. But for many this takes too takes too long.
Alas:
