latest is news due within 2 weeks. apparently a buy of 2.9 million shares today - suggests someone knows something. Perhaps not too late to jump back on the wagon. To my mind, like most other AIM stocks it is a gamble although the odds to date look strongly in favour of this one.

with reported mineral reserves worth more than 900 million dollars, current extremely lowly market cap, negative AIM sentiment in general, are we looking at a conservative share value of 40p ? Clearly the value will depend on management demonstrating that they are going to extract minerals soon and production costs. Anyone got any idea of production costs ?

definitely time to buy ! I don't believe the directors would have bought 3 million shares knowing there was a good chance that the licence could be refused again less than one year after the last refusal. They bought on the basis of the forthcoming Waterval news. IMHO

I spent £250 on these shares in 1993 and had almost forgotten about them having lost the share certificate.

Those who deliberately or recklessly provide misleading information on BBs do not enjoy legal immunity from intended or unintended consequences of their actions. Frustration is not a defence, nor is financial loss.

I guess they travel a lot in this game for numerous legitimate reasons including consultancy work, looking for partners etc.

Nobody can dispute that communication and management conduct has not been good enough and that this has caused immense frustration to shareholders, including myself. Judging by the amount of negative reaction to the ARCE story I consider it much more probable than not that management have seen the light and won't attempt to treat us like kids any more. Sure management is important and does have a very big impact on share price but this DOES NOT ALTER THE FACT THAT ACACIA IS VERY PROMISING. I don't believe they can or will screw shareholders any more.

Was that one of the automated "Dear Shareholder" replies ? My feeling is that today's RNS heralds the imminent arrival of an Operations Update RNS.

In case of doubt some (maybe all?) of those "sells" are buys. I bought today at 17.7 and it was reported sell.
