50 bag is market cap of £40m...I dont know much about this company as it has just come to my attention...and cant understand why it could be worth more than £14m. To put it another way, why would a company worth say £40m want to share a large chunk of their current value with shareholders they have never had anything to do with ?

So with £12m tax losses the shareholders will get around £13m to share in the event of RTO ?
