I would like to know who the creditor was. Why would they choose stock over cash, why would crnd pay in stock rather than cash. If they have cash (loan) can they do this without shareholder approval

The investors must see something in this long term. It could be an attempt to pull the price down and then accept a low ball offer. If what happens does happen with the waste material then the the current value today is a steal. But it is a risk and that is why we are here, if you want safe stocks by FTSE 100.

I am not sure how this is going to pan out (bad pun). But at a valuation of 1.7m then this is looking like a punt with downsideto 0.35 and upside dependent on Puna and processing of ore. The thing that is in the back of my head is that, investors have bought in and so must see an opportunity. You do not invest a million quid without a long term view. Still undecided whether to buy more at the moment

Looks like to me they have use the Bergman sales to drop The price allow an investor to get in cheap and now we will see all the positive news coming and the valuation to resets back up over 2p. This is AIM this is the Wild West

Why invest in a company that is going to go bust. Those parties buying the new stock must see something of value. It is a case of patience. No point selling out now at the bottom.

The price here is being held up by the relative value of the assets on the ground. Bergen are a business, I loan you some money and then I get that money back plus a premium. They are not in the business of holding and waiting. Patience on this, it will either worth 20x more or zero
