Is the drop due to Dyani having to sell all they can as they know news is imminent. All I see are buys on the share trades page but still going down.

This is absolutely nailed on to happen now in my mind. Will be buying more just before close.

No one knew it come down so much or it would go up. The facts remain this is a binary bet and today the odds where significantly slashed on the true valuation of GCM being achieved. It is still a gamble but come on everybody I think this is more likely to happen. But Gcm can be a killer share, only afford what you can lose. We are up on the day, and I am sure over the weeks and months to come it will rise. I thought it interesting they signed the agreement in Dhaka. If you knew anything about the EU and Brexit you would know that member countries of the EU cannot make trade deals as individuals. Therefore trade deal would need to be with the EU and therefore agreed by all members, which is why it could take many years.

If we are taken over I am assuming the need for Dyani tomse will not be required as they will paid based on the options they have and their existing shareholding. Just a thought.

I dont really understand the CO2 arguments with regards developing nations. My reasononing is this:
1. If peoplem have access to electricity they will not burn wood etc individually for heating and cooking. Therefore while coal will create CO2 to create electricvity it counter acts against current CO2 emissions for the people.
2. The monies saved and revenue generated can that coal will bring, can be used to develop renewables in the longer term as the country become waelthier.
3. It is a recognised way of producing electricity for the population, the development in technologies can be used to minimise emissions in the future.

This has no relevance to Brexit at all. In fact we are more than likely going back for a second referendum when the majority will have seen senses and will decide to remain.

But which ever way you look at it the fact the project is outside the EU and involves China seems pretty positive to me.

GCM can draw down monies from the Polo share issue/loan. Why have they done this now, why also did they mention that they wanted to be able to buy back shares. Could it be they are using this money in part to buy back shares now in the knowledge of the massive rerating to come with the JV signed.

You cannot underestimate the impact the JV will have, it is a legally binding contract. It baffles me that the share price is still low and as such I can only assume it is being manipulated some how.

On a final point when the share price rose to £9 from 30p last time it was not in a straight line, there where lots of wild swings to this point, so dont expect this to go straight up. Keep hold and I reckon by June we will be £3+ maybe higher post JV.

Lets be clear it is a sure thing that a no vote is coming in fact it has been on the cards ever since May did not get a majority. So there is no surprise there. However while doom and gloomer will go on abou this as a major thing it is not really. If parliament are gridlocked they will go back to the people and let them decide on either the current deal or to stay in the EU. The good thing is that we will not crash out with no deal, parliament has made sure this will not happen. So in fact and for once our parliament is doing the right thing, Europe have said they are happy to extend the date of exit to allow for a second referendum.

Everyone needs to calm down on this one, it will work out.

Is it not in the interest of Dyani to keep the share price down as they are paid in shares. I would suspect they will be paid in shares when the JV is signed. But possibley before any announcement at the specific price over the preceeding 5 days. It means they get more shares prior to the JV announcemnt boom. Just a thought.

You are either here for the end game (whatever that will be) or you are not, everything else is noise. Still a binary bet but if/when the JV is signed well I have no idea where it will go but to me that is the confirmation of the GL so £10+ for starters.

THe RNS clearly states the JV will be signed by the end of the year. This is massive and with this news comes a binding contract. In the interim there will not be a rights issue, there is no need, there will not be a change of mind, Hasina will not stop this now.

I admire the shorters they have done a good job today, but you are either in for the end game or not. The rest is noise to make a few trading pounds.

Listen this will happen now, and when it does these movements in the share price will be nothing. Jeez long term hodlers will as I am will be increasing their holding. MMs tree shake to create a sell-off the weak sell. Price rebounds over the following days.

But could not directly say anything but mentioned that it was about to turn. Okay that is a fib, but all great news. The roadmap is now in place, I would be happy with a move in the short term back to 30p level and then an element of proce stability.

But the binary bet today has swung very much in our favour.

I think it is time to begin buying again. Once the election is over, the deals will beging flooding in from China.

There is a move now out of techs in progress, this will lead to safer, recognised havens in the coming months. While there is an element of risk, once a deal sorted and announced, I believe the upside will be far greater than the we think.
