The tv brands hold the value in this deal and make a high proportion of revenues. If they can sell these based on earnings then this will mean they get the rest for very little. But they need to do this quickly. Immediate would be the likely candidate

Just be careful at these levels. If you believe a recession is around the corner then media stock and tech stocks get battered. I would be looking to short Future at this level.

Yes, I suppose you could say why would you as a supplier accept shares as payment, with a contractual delay in your ability to sell, if you did not have confidence in the outcome. This is the thing that keeps me building my stake. Yes it’s a gamble but this share is news driven, it either happens and bingo £3 in a matter of weeks or it doesn’t but there is recourse on the license agreement. All I will say is this is not an investment but a binary bet, do not put the house on it and be prepared to lose all of it.

There is a trend that you can count on with GCM. An increase in negative normally leads to news and an increase in share price. We seem to be at that point again.

It’s a bet but the risk reward is leaning more to the positive. There are huge hurdles to overcome but 15p to £3 is possible quickly a 20x return.

I am afraid your only chance of govt intervention is the BREXIT party. They will be the only ones who will support the North in the future. No one is going to touch this without govt backing. I would go away and come back in a month, theorise will be about 1p if your are lucky. A classic case of the South ignoring the North. I mean a 1,000s of jobs here, it is amazing there is not support. I sold out when the news of the loan issues came out and I will not buy until sub 1p and that will be a pure gamble.

The RNS is positive, the incentives for them to make this deal happen are big for the consultancy. But even achieving the first hurdle the share price will be £2 within seconds. Because the first hurdle will be a green for go. I expect the share price to move up as this sinks in.

OR they could have 1,000’s of well paid jobs, increased standard of living, electricity and clean water. I never worried that the nomad would not come in. Like I am not worried the GL will not happen. In hindsight should I have sold at 70p and bought back this morning well yes. But if you believe in this share then you will hold for much higher. 100% in my book, I believe they where getting down to a level which meant they would not lose any shares, when final issue of shares provided. They know its going to happen in the next couple of days, earlier, I suspect than they thought, hence the big sells rather than the feed in sells they previously did.

My view is that why would anyone sell today when they could have sold yesterday or Friday for higher. Its not stop loss driven, It therefore does not feel like a PI. The only other option would be Dyani, who until recently have been gradually selling their stake down to not got over 30% on final deal news. But today they seem to have increased the amount that they are selling, in full view. This can only mean one thing they know the deal is close as they are rushing to sell to get under the 30% threshold.
