Wow - busted straight through £18.
Sparky - what do you see as good value here? £30-40 per share?
Jeez, wish I'd sat on all the 6000 shares I bought at 2quid in 2022 - sold more than half on the way up, but that's the name of the game. Some of you must be sat on fortunes!! Easily the best performing stock pick I've ever made (I've picked some true stinkers like BMN...)
Finally did something right - sold 20% of my holding at 12 and bought back at 10
Might make the £17 today at this rate!
Yup!
I don't know, but I'm not enjoying it! How's your trade going TrekMadone?
you've nailed it again!
I have nothing more to say!
Simply Wall Street always used to be bot-written rubbish. I wouldn't pay too much attention to their prognostations
Yup - I'm in a terrible position with this share. Kept adding all the way up to 50p in 2018 and now 6 figures down which is a hell of alot of cash for me. Noone to blame but myself, however I listened far too closely to a friend of mine who was very bullish on it as well as several posters on here (most now departed).
I'm convinced the SP should be higher, but nothing ever seems to come to fruition. Targets continually missed, listing on JSE, Eskom/BE etc. BE in particular has been a complete red herring - to me it now seems like it was/is utter marketing fluff.
I actually though the RNS this week was reasonable, but the load shedding worries me. It seems unfathomable why the company could not have commissioned the mini-grid many years ago to help guard against load shedding. The fact that they haven't starts making me doubt VRFBs in their totality - is this tech even viable? BMN seem to shoot themselves in the foot and obviously have no regard for the shareholders.
Do I sell now? Nope. I still can't face crystallizing this loss, but the inexorable journey down continues. It is painful. Sorry for the negativity but I didn't expect to be so far underwater after a 5 year wait.
What price did you buy in at? I would imagine I've lost the most on this share on paper in terms of percentage (and six figures in GBP), but I can't see much point bleating about it on here. I'm hopeful the balance sheet will be looking much better in 2023, especially if the vanadium price keeps going up. Throw in some electrolyte sales and BMN could start motoring. Yes it's currently depressing but there's absolutely nothing that can be done except wait and hope for the best. I'm certainly not selling at these levels. Cheers
