Surely they want to have the new port finance in place for September? How else could they fanfare it at the Africa-China shindig and start work in January 2019 as mooted? I reckon this is a rubber stamp. Could happen rapidly after IMF approval.

"steam of consciousness" lol.. makes you wonder if some people on here have actually done any real project work, the amount of time it takes. The BOD here have world class pedigree and they have the insight to give a very detailed and thorough overview. Many (mist) AIM companies are poop, this is in a different class. If you cannot see that, you should stick to a post office savings account. I suppose this is not a share for the p & d fast buck merchants, which suits me fine.

They currently have enough working capital, yes, could last gor years. Development capital is a different ball game, but that will become clearer in time. So no immediate cash call threat.

There is no sugar rush hit today, but this RNS is a healthy solid meal. They are doing a lot of work on a small budget. There is no "dragging of feet", these things do take time in the real world.

Excellent RNS. Next major event is the new port financing conclusion, the biggest underpinning for full scale production. Exciting times.
