That is exactly the point at this stage, these numbers are all fine and good, but there are plenty of scenarios how this could unfold. Let's get the port signed and see what finance appears or even a sale. Bottom line is that ZIOP is worth a poopload, no matter how you slice it.

We will give Glencore a generous handclap when they announce they are going to fund their half of ZIOP. Until then it is suspect and may sell up.

If Glencore suddenly get enthusiastic, it will be a major public u-turn. But it could happen, the iron ore premium for high grade has upended the market. I think they would be very foolish to sell this, but with Glasenberg you never know.

So where are the buy recommendations for these so-called analysts?? Will they appear after the fact? Useless bunch mostly.
