The market is just factoring in that flow testing may be delayed, unless it hears otherwise. I myself made some adjustments this morning as prudent insurance.
It is worrying when everything bumbles from one shambles to another. Employ some staff who will have the required dogged determination to see through the pedantic bureaucracy required. And they should Google configuration management.
Granted, but with conditions and exclusions. The devil is in the details. Fatal no, annoying yes, delaying yes most probably. Avoidable yes, flustercuck by all accounts, imo.
Read the permit pop. Even this humble common and safe technique now requires a permit variation request as this was not properly outlined as required. I am really annoyed by all this, complete waste of time and money. A good kick up the pants is required.
Unfortunately DOD seems to have got it right after reading the actual permit. It should not even get to this, every t should crossed and every i dotted in triplicate. Don't give any ammunition to the detractors by not fully supplying any requested information.
